Dr Cathy Trevino and Dr Aislen Medina did an excellent job examining my tooth that was in tremendous pain. Dr Trevino squeezed me in her clinic and explained that I need to have a root canal. She referred me to another clinic that specializes in root canals and got me in the same day! I am grateful for Dr Trevino and all the Palm Valley Dental staff!!! I am no longer in any pain! Once again, thank you all so much for going above and beyond to take care of me!!

My experience at Palm Valley Dental has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a warm, friendly, and professional front desk team. Often, the first impression of any office begins at the front desk, and their kindness, cordiality, and welcoming demeanor immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. The X-ray technician was equally impressive—friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Their positive attitude helped make what can sometimes be an anxious visit much more relaxing. My dentist, Dr. Fox, is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to listen carefully to every concern and goes above and beyond to ensure she fully understands each issue before proceeding. I truly commend her patience, attention to detail, and the articulate manner in which she answers questions. Dr. Fox is also incredibly down-to-earth, making communication easy and comfortable. It is evident that she genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being. The oral hygienist was phenomenal. He was thorough, meticulous, and took great pride in his work. Upon completion, he carefully explained ways I could improve my dental care at home, providing valuable guidance that I greatly appreciated. And lastly, the checkout staff was the cherry on top. They were so sweet and pleasant that I almost thought I had gotten a cavity just from all the sweetness! Ha ha. There is a saying: “Teamwork makes the dream work, and you’re only as strong as your weakest link.” Palm Valley Dental exemplifies that philosophy. Every member of the team works together seamlessly to provide outstanding patient care and an exceptional experience. This was my first visit to Palm Valley Dental for a routine cleaning, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The office was clean, well-organized, and professional. The staff was welcoming and courteous, which helped make the visit comfortable from the start. Dr. Torres was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The dental hygienist Caleb was gentle and attentive during the cleaning, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would confidently recommend this practice to others.

The staff is very helpful and polite. Dentist that did the deed cleaning last time regular cleaning this time is great. Made me feel confortable and was very helpful. I have always hated the deep cleaning because it hurt. He assumed me not to worry and that I would be fine. He was right i didn't have any pain or discomfort. I always dreaded going to the dentist. Now I have no anxiety of going to dentist. I will definitely recommend Palm Valley to my friends.

The whole process was fast: there was the usual questions about any changes that were necessary to note at the front desk, then after around 5-8 minutes I was able to have my appointment. Was quick there as well, with some brief pictures of my teeth and a cleaning. Overall, pretty great service and I already have the date for another appointment set!

My son had a very traumatic hit to his front tooth and lost half of the tooth. We we're referred by Gigglesvie pediatric dentistry in Edinburg. My baby saw Dr. Trevino & Dr. Fox They both gave us options and time to think about what we wanted to do. Everyone on staff from front desk, x ray tech, nurses, doctors, everyone was amazing. Brandi was great over the phone & i believe Ashley at the office was her name. Were so kind. Clean restroom & sitting area. 5/5 🌟🙏🏼

My husband and I recently switched to Palm Valley Dental for our dental needs. After our first appointment with them, we were extremely happy they met our expectations. The staff is very kind and friendly. Monica the dental hygienist was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure to make all the appropriate recommendations as far as out dental care.
