I recently have started coming here after a my brother had recommended them, they are usually very busy and it can get crazy sometimes there because we are all human and things happen. But the main reason I'm giving 5 stars and a 100% recommendation is because I have had a alot of bad experiences with dentist since I was a child, this place is not at all like the others, they have been upfront and honest about everything, explained each of my questions and concerns very well, and are very quick and professional with procedures, I had to get a tooth pulled due to an infection and they were really quick to ease my nerves and made the process as quick and painless as possible, and as of 04-02-26 I am finished with the procedure and am in no pain or anything whatsoever. They walk you through the process of each option, are upfront about cost as much as they can/know, and are willing to work with your schedule, but be aware they are busy and can have delays in appointments because they aren't robots, but I'll always say if it's bad enough that you can wait 2 weeks - maybe a month, that's what urgent care is for. They aren't that, they are a very professional and excellent dentist office and I'll gladly recommend this place until I can't anymore.

Arrived early and waited over 30mins past my appointment time. Went up to the receptionist to see what the delay was about. She was on the phone so I patiently waited. She huffed and started complaining to me about them being understaffed, while on the phone with the other customer. Then preceded to tell the customer on the phone I was yelling at her. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. If you’re ten minutes late for your appointment it’s cancelled and you get billed, but it’s ok for them to not honor their scheduled appointments…

I had to find a new dentist since my insurance changed. I'm a new patient at Harborcreek Dental. I have sensitive teeth and dread getting my teeth cleaned. I hate to floss and had plaque build up (took over six months to get an appointment). Carolyn was my hygienist and she was excellent! I did not experience any discomfort and Dr. Johnson was thorough. I am glad I chose this dental practice.

I was a patient of Dr Bell for roughly 40 years since I was a kid. I was disappointed to hear he was moving on but I expected it would happen sometime. What made me nervous was if my favorite hygienist was sticking around. I trusted Dr Bell but I didn't have a patient/doctor relationship with him. I stayed because of Shelly the hygienist. She also moved on which stunk. I know a bunch of people who were not pleased about the transition and immediately moved on without giving Harborcreek Dental a chance. Today was my 3rd time here. The last time everything was different and strange, but fine. What I liked was the dentist was very pleasant and charismatic. Dr Bell was very dry and to the point. Today was all around garbage except for the lady at the front desk. She greeted us quickly and was very friendly. She also made my daughter and I chuckle at a comment she made. After that it went downhill. The hygienist was polite with her words, but aggressive with her actions. She was either having a terrible day or in a huge rush. She asked me several times to open wider or move my head left or right. Not a big deal except I thought my mouth was plenty open. She needs more room, then fine, I get that. What really got me mad is that when she asked me to move left or right she was pushing my chin with her hand at the same time. It wasn't please move your head and then a push from me not cooperating. It was pushing and pulling and then her asking me to do it. Pushing someone's face is an aggressive behavior and I almost said something. She also was scraping my teeth so hard and fast I was nervous. The polishing was fast and forcful. After that beating I took in the chair it was time to wait for the dentists turn. The hygienist politely told me two times in about 5 minutes that the dentist was running behind and would be in soon. Not a big deal until I seen what time it was on the computer. I got out of my seat and grabbed my phone. My daughter who was in the next room texted me and asked if I was done. I replied "no, are you?" I was thinking she was waiting for the dentist also. She was not. She was actually in the waiting area. She thought I left the office when I was done and was sitting outside in my vehicle. That's how much time went by. I went about 25 minutes with no one seeing me including the dentist. My daughter had to get back to school, so I just grabbed my stuff and left. I need to find out who takes my insurance so my family and I can leave.
