Lake Erie Dental: Kevin Sambuchino, DMD

I just started coming to lake Erie dental it was a very positive experience. I was greeted with a smile by the front desk person was so pleasant as was the rest of the staff. The hygienist clean my teeth was very professional. Did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. She further gave me good advice about taking care of my teeth. Sorry I forgot her name. I then meant with Dr. Kevin Sambuchino who was very knowledgeable. I was told by my last dentist I had to have two procedures done. Dr Sambuchino explain to me why it didn't have to be done so I could understand. Thank you Dr Kevin that relieved my anxiety about having it done. I would highly recommend lake Erie Dental.

When my long time dentist retired, I began seeing Dr. Vivian. My first visit with her was very positive. She explained everything to me in a clear and understandable way. I do miss Dr. Peicutch (spl?), but i am happy that I am now seeing Dr. Vivian as my general dentist. I highly recommend her for your dental needs.

Super fast to get my son into the office after he broke his front teeth. The staff were all great with my 9 year old. The front desk was clear and helpful throughout the process. This was our first visit, but the kindness and professionalism we experienced will bring us back.

Had a really good experience. I live about 45 minutes away and had a broken tooth and abscess. My normal dentist said it needed to be pulled. She referred me to a couple local specialists who either offered me mid July or September. Which was out of the question for my situation. A family member told me to call Lake Erie dental. I sent them a message and the next day was offered an appointment the following day! The whole staff was welcoming and very accommodating! Dr was able to save my tooth and fix everything up same day! It was one of my best experiences at a dentist in my life! This will be my new go to in time of need for sure!

Staff were nothing but polite and respectful. They all treated me like a friend and made it as comfortable as possible for me, including front desk and billing. I assumed it would only be a consult and they ended up getting my work done same day! The building itself has a beautiful, calming atmosphere! 10/10 recommend! & my smile already looks a thousand times better despite not even being fully done with receiving care!

currently sitting in the waiting room for an emergency appointment to replace my top retainer that my dog chewed after spending almost 6k out of pocket for my braces here. I have to get them remade with my current teeth because they apparently do not keep trays, something they didn’t tell me when i got them made. today they told me they don’t have the storage space to keep them which i understand but had i known i would have asked to keep them. Drove 2 hrs here they said they could fit me in at 3:30 and its currently 4:44 and they close at 5, and when i asked about the waiting time they said they had no idea. they have been late by hours with my past appointments. they do not have enough staff for the amount of patients they take in. if you don’t have the staffing available don’t schedule so many people. a guy came in after i checked in and he said he wasn’t sure if he could come in at 3:30, meaning he didn’t confirm but it was a squeeze in appointment like mine. he went in and left while im still sitting here. came for a teeth cleaning that assistant could have taken my impressions too. but instead they take a walk-in instead of a person who literally called an hour and a half beforehand to secure a spot at 3:30. they did good work with my braces but at this point i have to leave this review. having patients wait for hours and showing favoritism with last minute appointments is bs. i gave so much money out of my own pockets to this place. i’ll be trying my best to avoid coming back here unless i absolutely have to. it’s now 5pm and I have to leave for Buffalo in an hour. they’re closed for the next 8 days so i can’t wait to get my impressions done.
