A 5-star rating isn’t nearly high enough! Dr. B is an amazing dentist! Her knowledge, clinical skill and chair-side comforting way is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in dentistry before. She cares for her patient’s oral health and it shows. I highly recommend Dr. Bodapati and her practice.

Pleasant Dental have a friendly staff. I go for annual cleanings: they are thorough and do a good job. Currently on a Invisalign treatment plan and it’s going great! Recommend this office!

Pleasant Dental and Dr. Bodapati are fabulous! With many places closed for the holiday, and some others turning us away, we were running out of options for my daughter’s dental emergency. She took us in and worked through breakfast and lunch to see her patients! She was kind, patient and very thorough. Highly recommended her and her staff!

Exceptional service and care. Staff is very welcoming. I loved how Dr Bodapati thoroughly explains treatment plan including the reasons. They ensure you remain comfortable during treatment. And for those with dental fears, they listen rather the undermine those fears and will work with you!

Walked in to my first visit and Ariel was very friendly and helpful getting me signed in. Asterik her dental assistant was great. Turns out she worked at my previous dental office, we had fun talking and catching up. She did a great job polishing and flissi g my teeth. Then I met Dr. B, She was very friendly and has a great smile herself. We were able to connect over gardening and she sent me off with a happy dental report. The office is nice, clean and spacious. Water is provided in the front lobby waiting area. I had a great experience with all the ladies and am looking forward to bringing my family here too.

I came to Pleasant dental after I had a nightmare with my tooth that was hurting like "hell". Couldn't sleep all night long and it being a Saturday, I called Pleasant dental and they immediately booked me in for the earliest appointment they had. From the minute I walked in at the reception, the lady who received me and helped the dentist with my teeth was incredible and talked me through it and was very gentle. She works few times on the weekends and I appreciate how incredible she was. Dr Bodapati is incredible. I would give her over 10 stars. She is very friendly, gentle and talks you through the whole process well. She handles patients very well and she us also very professional. She promised me I would come out of there pain free and for sure I didn't need any pain meds after I left her office. She ended up doing a root canal coz my tooth was really bad and I returned again for cavity filling and received great care once again from her. If you got issues with your teeth like I did, Dr Bodapati is your solution. Thanks so much doc for all you did and I will sure be back.

I’d like to first start by saying that I suffer from EXTREME anxiety. I also suffer from a rare neurological condition that affects my sensitivity to noise and electrical activity near my face / head. That being said, I had a new patient cleaning appointment there and here’s how my appointment went, I’ll start with the pros. PROS: Very clean inside Zero wait time Convenient check in - you can fill out the forms on your phone via a direct link they text you prior to your appointment They send you friendly reminders about your appointments so you don’t forget Staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Leslie at the front desk was very welcoming and prompt with greeting & check in as well and checking out. Katherine was so knowledgeable and informative about what we were doing as we were doing it. She explained things to me in a way that I could understand. She ensured I was comfortable before & during treatment. She’s been in this field a long time and really knows what she’s doing, and she’s also very passionate about patients receiving the quality care they deserve. Dr. B seemed very experienced and knowledgeable as well. As soon as she came in, she looked at all my scans and PT history, did a thorough exam, and got to work on my cleaning. She then created a treatment plan that will address ALL of my issues and pain. I was literally shaking during the cleaning bc of the sound of the tools & it triggering my anxiety really badly. She paused to console me and let me know eveything is okay, to take a deep breath. I kept apologizing because I felt bad but she reassured me there’s nothing to apologize about. My comfort and safety seemed to really matter to her. Her bedside manner really helped me to calm down during a mild anxiety attack. She is very kind and warming too. I’ve been to several denstries in my life and this is in my top 2. CONS: None ☺️ If you are looking for a place to feel welcome, regardless of your insurance or skin color or anything else, and you want top quality care & someone who listens to your concerns & doesn’t brush them off, this would be the place I’d recommend you come. Also, parking was no issue. I found a space right in front of the practice even during rush hour times. Looking forward to making Dr. B my primary dentist. Yes, I’ll definitely be visiting here again.
