Had a cracked tooth replaced with a crown. Enjoyed the pain free experience of whittling down the existing cracked tooth to make a holding post, having a crown made from a scanning image tool and then having the new crown manufactured and installed all on the same day. And, as always, appreciate the technical expertise, responses to questions and the friendly humor of the dentist, Dr. Fitzgerald. Keep it up!

Today, I was struggling in more ways than one, but their warmth made all the difference. Despite arriving a few minutes late, the receptionist was incredibly understanding, and my dental hygienist, Lacey, provided what felt like a much-needed therapy session alongside my cleaning—an unexpected act of pure kindness! I never feel judged at Evergreen Dental; both Lacey and the dentist thoroughly review profile notes beforehand to ensure every question and concern is addressed. This compassionate professionalism is a constant here. In fact, almost a year ago, the team discovered a potentially life-threatening cyst in my fiancé's mouth that our former dentist had completely missed, literally saving his life. Whether you are anxious about your long-term health or just having a difficult day, please go—this team will support you every step of the way. I’ve been a patient for a few years now and Evergreen Dental Group has been amazing. Dr. Burns helped me with an urgent dental need and did an incredible job, and just yesterday Dr. Gordan did an amazing job on a Sunday to help with a chipped tooth. These guys do such a great job, are there when you most need them and they’re highly professional and reputable.

I had an appointment here, and it was canceled by the dental office because I was unavailable and out of cell service while camping when they repeatedly called for confirmation. I suppose I need to schedule my life around the Evergreen Dental appointment confirmation process... right? I've never missed an appointment here since day one—roughly 15 years—but apparently that doesn't matter. I suppose I am not to be trusted anymore. I was told they need confirmation. It's their policy. I was ALSO told I can confirm the appointment at the same time I make the appointment. What? This reminds me exactly of the movie Idiocracy. What I find most disappointing is that after 15 years of showing up for every appointment, my history with this office appears to have had absolutely no value. I was treated exactly the same as someone who had never walked through the door before. If the office cannot trust a long-time patient with a spotless attendance record to keep an appointment, why should I feel any loyalty in return? Although I was able to reschedule, I really don't need this type of harassment and drama in my life five minutes after returning from a vacation whose entire purpose was to get away from these very same constant reminders and interruptions. To add insult to injury, I was effectively invited to find another dental office if I was unhappy with the policy. That advice may prove useful. I am 100% looking for another dental office, and I am going to take my family with me.

Excellent work! Super nice and friendly dentists and hygienists. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. Lacey, who cleaned my teeth, was very accommodating and understanding with my specifications. I feel like I made a new friend! She made great recommendations for my daily oral care. I've had my teeth cleaned two or three times in the last twenty years. Because of my positive experience here, as well as the very reasonable pricing, I'll be back in January. Very pleased with the experience. 10/10 would recommend. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.

Everyone I spoke with was very kind and patient, taking the time to explain things and giving me plenty of time to ask questions. They were compassionate and understanding of my anxiety. The office is very clean and comfortable, and there's plenty of parking. I will definitely come back for future care.

So happy I switched to Evergreen Dental last August! Everyone at EDG has been so professional and kind, EDG has genuinely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist! Dr. Erik did my urgent wisdom teeth removal surgery - it went great and I was so nervous beforehand! Dr Holly has done exams on me and fillings and all have been super easy, painless and efficient. Plus my hygienist Rose is super friendly, knowledgable and did a great job on my cleaning! Plus everyone in the reception are very welcoming and friendly! Overall such a great office with great staff all around!

From the initial call with Jeanette, the Receptionist with great curly hair, the Hygienist Miranda, Dental Asst Morgan through to Dr. Fitzgerald it was a pleasant experience. Each team member provided ample information and everyone was so nice. I love the state of the art practice/equipment and the decor throughout.
