Premier Dental of Evergreen

Needed a new crown. Loved the technology that allowed me to see why a new crown was needed.. In house fitting and making of the crown were done, all in one visit. Comfortable immediately after the crown was placed. Great experience.

Dr. Bunchman is a great dentist, but over the last 2 years of being a patient here I have been treated so rudely by the front staff. I got 2 crowns done there at the same time. One was fine and I felt had no problem then the second one has been hurting me for the last year since it was put on. I went back a few times complaining of pain and they adjusted it for me and told me to wait a few weeks for the pain to go away but it did not. I went there this last week and Lisa and the other younger front desk lady told me that if I did not pay for a $30 dollar x-ray the day of ( without them sending it to my insurance first ) I would be dismissed and sent to collections. The x-ray was needed for them to adjust the bite of the crown Dr. Bunchman did. I think it is pretty crappy to threaten collection before sending it to my insurance when also I would not have need an x-ray if the work was done properly. Very disappointing that paying 3000 co-pay for the crowns does not mean it will be done properly and then they will try to threaten you for a $30 x-ray needed to fix their mistakes. I am happy to not come back, and I would not recommend going here if you prefer to not be traumatized by the front desk staff or have proper work done.

This is a beautiful, modern practice, and they are always ready at the appointment time. The quality of care I consistently get there is outstanding. I am lucky that I only need cleanings, so can only comment on that. I told the hygenist today, Chad, that it was like he stealthily gave my an analgesic shot (just kidding - he didn't) because the cleaning was so amazingly comfortable.

Dr Bunchman made me feel at ease as I experienced my 1st cavity. A quick, efficient and painless would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Bunchman managed to fit me in without an appointment when I had a crawn break, for which I was very grateful. He asked a few pertinent questions, was very professional and personable, without all the unnecessary small talk. The crown was made on site while I was left comfortably to wait. When the new crown was ready he and his dental assistant, Becca, quietly got to work replacing the crown, working efficiently in tandem with very little talk between them. The entire procedure was quick and with minimal discomfort. Best dental experience I've had in a long time.

My experience with Premier Dental was wonderful from the moment I was greeted walking in the door, to the time I paid and departed. Especially impressed by the thoroughness of the exam and the detail explanations (accompanied by clear photographs). Looking forward to future visits.

I'll start off by saying I normally don't enjoy trips to the dentist and hadn't been to one in over a year. Premier Dental was the best dentist experience I've ever had - friendly staff, easy scheduling, great dentist (Kristin) and hygienist (Chad). I made my return appointment before I left. Thanks!!

I had my first appointment this week and was incredibly nervous due to bad experience with other places in the past. Everyone was so kind and understanding and did a great job at making me feel comfortable. Chad did my cleaning and was incredibly careful and took his time. Would highly recommend this office.
