Dentists of Flagstaff

I have been coming here for the past few years based off of a friend's recommendation and have been very happy with their service. Dr A. Wakefield and Dana are awesome. The front and back office are super knowledgeable and friendly. They provide excellent care and are always up front about any costs that aren't covered by insurance. I can easily make appointments and access my chart if needed. I highly recommend this office.

I called to book a checkup and clean before I move away. I was told that because I'm a new patient they couldn't guarantee that I would get a clean if I booked an appointment. All I wanted was a simple checkup and clean. I don't want to book two separate appointments and spend the first appointment listening to some dentist who couldn't care less say blah blah blah all looks good.... now let's book you in at a later date for what you actually want. I can't stand dentists that do this. ONE appointment is necessary for a simple checkup and clean, even with a new patient and I've been to countless dentists that do that. Avoid this place, my interaction indicates it's about money, not actually caring about what the patient wants. Receptionist didn't even bother to see if they could fit two visits back to back to ensure I could get a clean at the very least. Don't waste your time or money on this place.

I received such friendly, kind, and competent service here when I needed an emergency same day crown done. Both Dr. Wakefield and the tech Mercedes provided me with confidence, competency, and comfort during a stressful time. I was very impressed with their ability to communicate and create an environment that felt relaxed, especially for someone like myself who hates the dentist. 6 months later my crown is still doing great; I haven’t had any issues! Thank you Dr. Wakefield, Mercedes, and team!

Erica is The Best!! The Absolute Best!! She is very gentile & very thorough. Very knowledgeable & experienced. She really cares & it really shows. Her assistant Jaiden was also great. & The Front end of the office with Denise is Superb! A+ Extremely Happy 😊 5th time in the office & will be back. Don't hesitate to book an appointment! Your future self will thank you.

I drive almost three hours to come to this dental office, and it's always worth it. The staff is professional, welcoming, and they really make you feel comfortable. Erica, the dental hygienist, does an amazing job and always makes me feel I'm in good hands. She is the reason why I don't mind making the long drive. She's professional, caring, and very thorough. I've had nothing but great experiences here and would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care.
