Flagstaff Downtown Dental

This dental office was amazing. I booked an appointment and was seen the next day for a crown that fell off. Dr. Benjamin Stowell was so calming and his assistant Addie was great taking x-rays, which didn't hurt. I'm very happy with such a short experience with them.

Absolutely one of the best dental practices I have ever been too. From all of the staff at the front desk, the techs, and the doctors, everyone is absolutely amazing. I am beyond appreciative of all the care they provided for me while I was in their hands. A special thank you to Pam and Dr. Stowell, who made a terrifying process smooth, easy, and exuded a confidence in their profession. I am grateful for you all and your team.

I’m a summer resident in the area. I had a recent dental emergency and they were able to get me in the following morning. Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. My issue was able to be handled quickly and most of the pain I experienced pre visit has resolved. I particularly remember Pam at the front desk, Dr. Blane and Adam his assistant, but everyone was very nice, competent and efficient.

The most thorough dental care I’ve ever received. They were calm, kind and encouraging during a treatment I was nervous for. Super supportive and genuinely nice staff. Even reception took the time to thoroughly explain my billing to me. Couldn’t recommend FDD or Dr. Blane any more!

Best dentist office I’ve ever been to! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The customer service is excellent, and they make you feel comfortable from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

Moving to a new area means starting from scratch with every provider — and nothing makes that more stressful than a dental emergency. When the bonded filling on my front tooth fell off, I had no established dentist and wasn’t sure what to expect. I called Flagstaff Downtown Dental that morning and was seen the same afternoon. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff made me feel like an established patient, not a stranger in a bind. Dr. Blane was thorough, reassuring, and clearly skilled — the repair looks better than it did before the filling ever fell off. His assistant was equally wonderful, and the whole experience was efficient without feeling rushed. My husband and I both left with future appointments scheduled. That says everything. When you find a dental office where every person — front desk to chair — treats you with genuine care, you don’t look any further. Thank you, Downtown Dental. You turned a stressful situation into a genuinely great first impression of this community.

Every single person at the front desk gives a warm welcome and they are so very professional and helpful with scheduling and time tables to advise on length of appointment time needed and finding a day and time that works. Thank you. I was in for a cleaning with Keene and she is the ultimate professional, experience shows. Her personality is upbeat and positive and makes me feel like I am at the tooth spa and treating myself, not just going in for maintenance. Thank you to everyone on this Team.

I really like this dental office in Flagstaff! The business is in a large house -of course remodeled into a professional office space. Each room I’ve been in has full sized windows which is so refreshing compared to a typical windowless medical environment. The staff are awesome. Super kind and professional. I have been going in for the last two years for cleanings and they use all the latest technology and cleaning tools. Their communication is great, it is easy to make and change an appointment and they send out helpful reminders. Also they have appointments as early as 7am which is so very helpful to coordinate around work schedules!
