From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm smiles and kind words from the receptionist who checked me in. Kara took care of my new patient exam and X-rays. She was thoughtful, caring, and made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. Dr. Retherford did a fabulous job reviewing my X-rays, examining my teeth, and explaining his recommendations for my dental care moving forward. He was thorough, professional, and easy to talk to. Rachel performed my cleaning and did an outstanding job. She explained everything before she did it, helped calm my fears, and made me feel completely at ease. Her friendly personality and compassionate approach made a big difference. Thank you to everyone at Dupont Family Dentistry for providing such exceptional care. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and caring dental team!

I’ve been coming here for over 20 years, and I have always been impressed with Dr. Diehl and his team. When I was 12 years old I broke a tooth and exposed the root, but they were able to get me in that day for a filling/repair. About ten years later he personally did my crown, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! His attention to detail is impeccable. Dr. Diehl and his hygienists have known me personally for years, always asking for updates on my life, and it’s just such a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. I recommend Dupont Family Dentistry to anyone in the Fort Wayne area!

This is my first visit to DuPont family dentistry, and what an amazing experience. When I walked into the office, I was greeted by Hailee, she greeted me by name and pointed me in the right direction. My hygienist, Rachel was excellent, very accommodating, and although I have some dental needs, I never felt judged or embarrassed, very professional, and had an excellent understanding of her job. She made me feel very at ease and about everything and I was very comfortable. She was very thorough at explaining everything to me and made sure I understood all of my options and prepared me for a follow up visit. Last but not least I finalized all of my paperwork and payment with Karen, she also was very thorough at making sure I understood everything that was happening and was very helpful. Dr. Diehl has an amazing team and his treatment was phenomenal. 10 out of 5 stars!

The team at DuPont family dentistry is exceptional. They don’t rush through appointments and give plenty of time to ask questions. Appointments start on time. They are gentle with my sensitive teeth, too! Dr Dave is not only a great dentist, but he also has a strong understanding of health holistically. I asked him about my tooth and jar pain. He made connections between the pain and several other health issues I am experiencing. I was super impressed! The rest of the team is exceptional. I wish I knew all their names so I could thank each of them here. Truly, I can’t recommend DuPont Dentistry enough!

Wonderful experience. The staff were so amazing with our little one who was nervous for her first time visit. They were so accommodating to make sure she felt safe and also made it fun. Our dental assistance was so thorough and kind, talking our little one through every step of what to expect. Our dentist was also wonderful! The front desk staff were welcoming and so friendly. I’ve been coming to this dental office for years and have always had such a great experience. Dr. Diehl and Dr. Ghori are both amazing—so kind, professional, and thorough. They truly make you feel comfortable and cared for every visit. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, and the office is always clean and organized.
