i had an unexpected emergency come up on the same day of my appointment and called to try and reschedule. The office manager would not help me and actually HUNG UP the phone, saying a new patient could not make another appointment if my first was canceled without a 24 hr notice. I’m still stunned. DO NOT RECOMMEND this office. I’m glad i found out how they treat their patients before stepping foot inside their office. Thanks for doing me a favor!

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I accidentally missed my appointment by about an hour, and I immediately called to apologize and try to reschedule. I was polite and understanding, but the receptionist was dismissive and unwilling to help. I called back once more, hoping to clarify or see if there were any cancellations, since I had been looking forward to the appointment. Again, I was calm, respectful, and apologetic. This time, another staff member got on the phone and began yelling at me, telling me to “go find another dentist.” I was honestly shocked by how aggressive and unprofessional the interaction was. What’s most concerning is that this wasn’t just a one-time bad interaction—the tone was also rude when I originally called to make the appointment. That suggests a pattern, not an isolated issue. No matter how good the dentist may be, the way patients are treated—especially over the phone—matters. Patients deserve basic respect and professionalism, even when mistakes happen. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here.

The woman who answered the phone was quick to cut me off mid sentence in a very rude manor just to tell me that I will not be able to be seen simply because I had a previous dental appointment within the last year and half. Here's a piece of advice lady, allow any potential new customers to ask questions completely, before you interrupt them. You are now responsible for my horrible experience with this office.

Scheduled a cleaning and he refused to provide service to me because he would rather me have my teeth pulled out. No thank you. Worst bedside manner I've ever experienced

Really a great experience, Dr Richard D. Schneider is a pleasant, kind and sweet fella. It was my first time there and I felt comfortable and love the music playing its relaxing. I'd send my Mom there ✝️. He's one of the Greats. And thank you to the lady upfront she called to make sure my insurance was accepted and activated, I appreciate you for helping.
