Absolutely amazing. Definitely my new dental home 🥰 I am SO incredibly happy to have found CarolinasDentist in Garner. I have an autoimmune disease and my teeth have taken a horrible hit in the last year. I have seen 6 dentists and no one has cared to help me understand what's going on, and help me save what I can save. It has been so traumatic and humiliating (and expensive). When I walked in to the office yesterday, I was literally shaking I was so scared. I couldn't handle the idea of yet ANOTHER dentist humiliating me and making me feel like I wasn't deserving of care. At check in, Promise and the other team members at the desk were LOVELY. They are so kind and explained everything, and check in was a breeze. The wait was about 10 minutes which really isn't much, but the front desk staff unpromptedly went back to see how much longer it would be. I really appreciate their consideration of my time. Dr Rodriguez came out into the waiting room and called my name and from the first moments of our interaction she was so positive, genuine and treated me with kindness and dignity. She listened and asked questions about my lifestyle, my health, and what I am dealing with. She did an extremely thorough consultation, and helped me understand what is happening. For the first time in years, I felt some sense of hope. Dr. Rodriguez is an incredible human and consumate professional. She brings so much joy into a space that is so full of fear and anxiety that it was enjoyable to be there. She is a highly skilled professional who has such extensive knowledge and she WANTS to share it with you and use it to empower you to be in control of your health. For the first time in 40 years, I felt like I was seen and heard and cared for by a dentist. I received several sets of images, all of which were included in my monthly payment plan. In between the state of the art imaging, the extensive knowledge sharing and creating an action plan for moving forward, Dr Rodriguez was SO funny warm and incredible that I low-key just want to meet her for margs and be best friends. She is sharp, witty, and passionate about life and what she does. I feel so lucky to be in her care. Carla and the team of hygienists were just as wonderful. They work quickly, but with extreme attention to detail. It never felt like I was being ignored or dismissed and they prioritized my comfort. They were all SO sweet and kind, but also incredibly skilled at what they do. I really trusted Carla and her team and their attention to my comfort. The office is so clean and spacious, and feels light and welcoming to sit in. They have coffee and water and ample seating in the waiting room. In the individual treatment bays, the chairs are comfortable, and didn't cause me significant pain which is a big deal when you have a spinal injury. They have screens on the ceiling to keep you entertained during treatment and lots of lovely touches that keep it from feeling clinical, but also maintain a high standard of cleanliness organization. I didn't use my wheelchair in this facility, but do think it would have been easy to navigate. The parking lot is small and flat and has a few handicapped spaces by the door, but honestly the lot is small enough that it wouldn't be hard if you have to park outside of the handicap spots. The biggest consideration would be making sure you have enough room for loading and unloading. Inside the building I was able to navigate safely with my cane. The floors were even and clean, but I think my wheelchair would have been a bit difficult to use in the treatment and exam areas due to narrow spaces. However, this team of people will do everything they can do make you feel comfortable when you're there and I'm sure they know how to make it work. I have no negative things to say about the staff, my treatment, or the facility. This was genuinely the best experience I have had with a dentist. Dr. Woolf is the best! In the past I've had some very stressful experiences with various dentists, but Dr. Woolf always makes me feel more comfortable and relaxed. ☺️ He's very knowledgeable and competent, but he also has a relaxed, down-to-earth demeanor. Dr. Woolf welcomes questions and is very patient & understanding. And be even takes the time to briefly shoot me a text to see how things are going! And the Dental Hygienist I had, who told me to call her "Jam," was awesome as well! 🤗 She was very thorough and methodical, but also very thoughtful and understanding. She was kind, and had a very pleasant demeanor, with a beautiful smile and laugh. 🥰

I recently started coming to Carolinas Dentist after my old dentist was no longer considered a network provider by my insurance. After reviewing a list of providers that Cigna sent me, one clearly stood above the rest in terms of professional experience and patient satisfaction. I was very impressed right from the start with Carolina’s Dentist. Their staff was very friendly and welcoming from Rose who answered my initial call to the kind and professional care by Karina, the Dr. assistant and Ellie who administered a peri assessment of my teeth and scheduled me for a deep cleaning. Dr. Woolf is a very kind and gentle dentist with a very friendly demeanor that puts you at ease right away. You can tell he is well thought of and respected by his staff, They really enjoy working with him and it shows. Dr. Woolf looked over my assessment, developed a plan, offered me some alternatives and went to work right away. He prepared two teeth for crowns, and they manufactured them both onsite, The crowns were fitted and put in at the same time eliminating the need for another appointment. Promisse and Rose had put together a payment plan which fits my budget perfectly, All in all, this was a great experience from first impressions through completion. This office gave me the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever experienced! Dr. Woolf is an amazing dentist as always, very informative, and he makes every visit great with his sense of humor. My hygienist Dyani did an amazing job with my cleaning, very thorough and even though it was a deep cleaning she was gentle and made my slight dental anxiety go away. While I was getting my cleaning, Jamilet (my sons hygienist) was cleaning my son’s teeth and I could hear how amazing she was with dealing with my crazy son! She was so great with the kiddo and so sweet. Karina did a great job helping with his x-rays, being so polite! Also, Rosalba made my son feel so welcome and even made sure he had a visit to the treasure box before we left. Overall great experience! :)

The staff is absolutely incredible! Everyone was so welcoming, from the front desk to the dentists on staff. They were able to see me right away, going over and beyond to facilitate my needs after the procedure! I truly recommend that everyone check them out! Dr. Wolfe thank you so much for your help! Dr. Daniel Woolf is outstanding—he explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, never rushes you, and truly cares about his patients. During my recent root canal, he kept me informed every step of the way and made the whole experience much more comfortable. I also want to recognize Promise Williams for her kindness, patience, and guidance with treatment options and finances. She answered my questions thoroughly and clearly cares about helping patients make the best decisions for their care. The professionalism, honesty, and exceptional level of care at this office really stand out. I’ve already recommended Carolina’s Dentist to my family and will continue recommending them to others. The staff and doctors at this practice are absolutely phenomenal, from the moment you enter your greeted with a smile and overall professionalism. I was made aware upfront of any fees I would be responsible for after my insurance. Dyani was my hygienist and I’m grateful to have had her. She did an exceptional job with my deep cleaning as I’ve feared the dentist visits time of the year, it’s sends my anxiety through the roof but Dyani walked me through every step of the procedure and assured me that everything was going to be okay. Everyone was very nice. The exam was more thorough than any dental exam at my previous dentist. Everything was explained simply and completely about the results of the exam and the work that was needed. I really felt that everyone there communicated with each other very good and were very knowledgeable and professional. I felt that I was in good hands. All insurance and out of pocket cost were explained to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Carolina Dentist to anyone who needs a new dentist.
