I have been using this office for a few years now for my 2 children and myself. Because we had a change insurance we were not seen in this office for over a year. Once we were back on an in network insurance for them, we set up appointments. On the appointment date(today), I had our appointment times wrong. The office called to confirm we were all 3 on the way and we were not so, I proceed to Reschedule the appointments. However, in the midst of the conversation the office told me there would be $50 person for today's cancelation, $150 although I was scheduling for another day. This policy is insane to be applied in this matter and situation. Although, we have missed the staff here at White Oak dentistry, we will search for a different provider going forward. No one-time courtesy policy or anything. So if you use this practice make sure you do not miss and need to reschedule any appointments. You will have to pay for what would have been a preventive and no cost service. It is clearly a way ro get money since the insurance will not be billed in this day. The integrity to do that is low. I am very disappointed.

Dr. Sigmon and staff are totally awesome and professional but yet makes you feel like you are heard and it’s all about the patient. Didn’t feel rushed, just felt comfortable. And the office deco, oh my, I love it. You can tell a lot about a Dr. by the way her office looks and feels when you walk in! Very nice and warm! I highly recommend Dr. Rachel Sigmon in Garner for you dental needs. Thank you.🦷🦷🦷

At 82 I have been seen by many a dentist and I am very fortunate to have landed on White Oak and Dr. Sigmon. She and her staff truly care for their patients and are informative, professional and knowledgeable in all matters of the mouth and what is in it ( the teeth and gums ). They provide advice for all who want it for the continuation of healthy teeth and gums. I always learn something beneficial when I visit , proving you are not too old to learn. They are friendly, courteous and good!

Since joining White Oak Dentistry a few years ago, I have been and continue to be appreciative of their great service. This great service includes pre consultations, appointment scheduling and wait-list opportunities, little to no wait time, lively atmosphere, as well as patient and supportive Dentist and staff.
