When there as a new patient experiencing a severe tooth ache. When I arrived they did initial exam and exrays. Instead of addressing why I was there they made me feel like I was at a used car lot! They wanted to do this and do that for a cost far more than I could afford at the moment! I walked out with the same tooth ache that took me there. After my dental insurance took effect from my new job I contacted them again to see if they could recalculate my out of pocket expenses based on having two insurance plans, new employment and retired military. I was told that they don't do that. Needless to say I will be looking for a new dentist. What happened to the medical profession and not addressing the issues of their patients? I am talking about the tooth ache that initially took me there.
The Best Dental work, all the latest tech. and equipment. Dr Landry is a great craftsmen. They have a great staff teem spirit.
Great dentist. They really know their stuff. They accept new patients and most major insurance. They are friendly and helpful.
