Worst dental care l ever seen My boyfriend got treated their He got a root canal done than The Dental Doctor done some crowns Few months later the pain and a sever infection came back! I called their office for an urgent appointment and they had a cancellation same day and we both went they done some X-rays Etc.. but the doctor just took a quick pick on his teeth and she said the She didn’t see no infection so she ended up just readjusting the crown refused to treat him and just saying that he needed another root canal right away but she couldn’t do it their so she sent him to a referral dentist for a root canal now He got one of those crown crack off sever pain that does not goes away We ended up going to the emergency room so they put him into antibiotics… This place as many others just care about money They don’t care about people’s health at all plus watch out people l being hearing lately people saying that they catch tone of bacteria’s after any dental treatment from these place let’s stay away from this place l look for a good dentist that really cares about

Amazing experience, Midwest Family Dental, got us in fast and provided care that was needed even though it wasn't scheduled. They're all caring and extremely knowledgeable! I am grateful to them and for their connections in the community. I needed specialty care for my daughter and the referral they gave me scheduled my daughter promptly! We had such a great experience at this dental office! Cassie at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, and she was able to squeeze us in for an emergency appointment on very short notice. The team was compassionate, efficient, and made a stressful situation so much easier. We were even able to get the extraction done the same day, which was such a relief. So thankful for their care and professionalism — highly recommend this office!

I had one cleaning done there, the hygienic staff was wonderful. I had a second cleaning scheduled and had a horrible experience. I waited about 1.5 month for my cleaning which was scheduled on a Monday early morning. Friday afternoon I received a message that my health insurance was inactive. I provided my updated information not long after. Then the front desk staff informed me that my insurance was active, however, that my appointment was taken by another client and asked if I wished to reschedule. They had not informed me my appointment was at risk of being lost. It seems like they only care about filling their spots to bill insurance.

The hospitality, music and quick teeth cleaning was nice and chill. Jenna even had a wonderful view of the beach that made it more enjoyable to be at the dentist. Top 10 zen places to be will come back 😎.
