I had a wonderful experience at Triad Dentist Office! The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The office was clean, organized, and everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything while making sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. I truly appreciate the quality of care and the attention to detail from the whole staff. It’s great to have a dental office where you feel valued and well taken care of. Always a pleasant experience. Staff is courteous and professional and delivers the best of care. Dr. Merrell has been my dentist for well over 20 years and when people ask if I have a good dentist I reply "No, I have an excellent dentist". Priscilla, my hygienist, is thorough, kind, amiable and has the patience of Jobe.

My dentist retired and I had been putting off taking care of getting some dental work completed. After doing some research and seeing all the other happy patients I decided to give Triad a try. I arrived early to my first appointment and everyone at reception was welcoming. I was taken back before the scheduled time and meeting with the hygienist and Dr. went well and my treatment plan was explained thoroughly to me. I will be back soon to get this taken care of. Definitely recommend.

The entire experience was wonderful!! I’m excited to continue my dental journey with these wonderful people!!! The appointment was so great today that I’m bringing my daughter here from now on!!! I came back a week later with my daughter to do our consultations and cleanings, which we couldn’t be happier with the amazing care!! I was set up with Alicia and she thoroughly checked every tooth, cleaned every tooth, and made my smile the most beautiful it’s been in years🙏🏻✝️ Triad Dentistry is by far the best dental office I’ve ever gone to and would recommend to everyone!!!
