Triad Pediatric Dentistry

This was our first time bringing all three of our kids to Triad Pediatric Dentistry for their dental care and treatments, and we are so happy we chose them! I absolutely love Dr. Shima and her team. I truly appreciate the kindness, patience, and care that every staff member shows. They are wonderful with children of all ages and know exactly how to make kids feel comfortable while providing excellent dental care. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their young patients, and they do their work with so much patience and professionalism. I would happily recommend Triad Pediatric Dentistry to other families looking for a caring and trustworthy pediatric dental office. If I could give 10 Gold Stars I completely would! From check in to the adorable decor on the walls and toys for kiddos we knew we were in good care. Our little one tends to be on the reserved side but she was encouraged and I knew she felt comfortable with everyone there. The TV’s and sunglasses are such a simple yet really effective way to ease kids into getting their teeth cleaned. Jasmine talked to our little one the whole time with sweet words and telling her everything she was doing. She guided her as needed. Dr. G was so kind and real and humble and just made us feel so assured in the health of our kiddos teeth. Our little one enjoyed getting a prize and sticker at the end of the visit and her next appointment was scheduled with ease. The staff there seemed to really love what they do and it showed in their interactions with each other. Our son will also be coming here! We are so grateful!

Dr Ghattan and the hygienist were wonderful with our 18 month old. She wasn’t scared at all and I think she really enjoyed her first visit. They gave us lots of good information and are very good at what they do. We felt so comfortable and are happy that we chose them as our child’s dentist!

It was my child’s first dentist experience and Triad Pediatric Dentistry made the whole process go smoothly for myself AND my toddler! Everyone we met was professional, informative, kind and supportive of anything my child needed. The building was clean, bright and comfortable (definitely had a “mother’s touch” ). I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and efficient the actual “mouth/teeth” part of the dentist appointment went! And I am so very happy with our experience so far!

We absolutely love this dental office! We started coming when our daughter turned 1 and every visit has been amazing. Our daughter actually loves the dentist which is rare for most kids. This staff has a very unique and intentional way of ensuring that kids feel safe and comfortable during each visit. My now 3 year old had x-rays for the first time during our recent visit and she did incredible, I couldn’t believe it! Overall, we are so happy that we found this office! We will be here as long as we can!

Everyone was so nice!! The Dr was so sweet and the nurse was also fantastic. 10/10 experience & I am so glad I found a great office for my son!!

⸻ I really loved this place! The doctor and the nurse were both so nice and welcoming. I also appreciated that we didn’t have to wait long to be seen, which made the visit even better. They even let my child pick out a toy before leaving, which was such a sweet touch! Overall, the entire experience was a plus, and this will definitely be my child’s new dentist office for cleanings and checkups. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love Triad Pediatric Dentistry! My three-year-old had her first cleaning today, and Dr. Sona and Jasmin made the entire experience so positive and stress-free. They were so patient, gentle, and encouraging, and Isabella felt comfortable right away. It means so much as a parent to see your child excited about going to the dentist. We’re so thankful to have found such a wonderful pediatric dental team! Highly recommend.
