The office staff was kind and responsive. The x-ray tech was communicative and helpful. The hygienist Liz was very informative and honest about my oral care. She did not withhold any helpful information that could save me money down the road. She also made sure to look into medical history to further explain my oral health. The doctor was honest without being patronizing. It was a positive experience overall. I will definitely be coming back.

I had to find a new dentist and Family Smiles was recommended by a family friend. Kylie who did my X-Rays was thorough with explaining what she was doing and letting me know what the next steps were in the process of my appointment. Great staff overall.

We found Family Smiles upon moving to Greenville last year. All three of my daughters are patients and we have had the best experience. Dr. Ibrahim is so gentle and kind and Kylie does awesome assisting and making the kids cozy and feel heard. Lolis, the dental assistant, is a calming force and extremely professional and proficient at her job! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good dentist!

Wonderful place to go!!! My first time here and it was Great!! Kylie, the dental hygienist, was the sweetest!! She made getting X-rays comfortable. Lol!!! And Dr. Ibrahim was very nice and caring!! Definitely the place to go for all and any dental work!!

Great experience from start to finish. Not only was the gal who answered the phone genuinely kind and empathetic, but she was very helpful and managed to help me with my emergency. My tooth broke and the repair looks fantastic. In person you can't even tell which one broke! I was very impressed with the office and all the staff I encountered, everyone was smiling, friendly, polite, and put me at ease. Dr. Ibrahim's work is phenomenal, and Kylie, Emily, and Elsa were all a delight. I was never made to feel anxious and they actually recommended the less expensive repair and helped with an ongoing issue! Everything I could hear from a pediatric treatment next door made me impressed with the practices staff and demeanor, if my children were still little kiddos I would absolutely bring them here as well, that child wasn't being even a bit scared and was being so well treated as to ensure she'll never be afraid of the dentist later. All around they deserve these five stars! Great job, will absolutely come back.

I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, Kylie and Liz were welcoming, friendly, and professional. They made me feel at ease and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped calm my nerves. The office was clean, organized, and ran right on schedule. Dr. Ibrahim and Morgan RDA were gentle, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my comfort and dental health.
