Highlands Ranch Dental Group

We had just moved to Highlands Ranch, but we were able to make an appointment smoothly, and the doctors and staffs were all very helpful. It was also wonderful that we didn't have to wait at all, even though it was our son's first visit.

I was already seeking someone within my insurance network when I started having some increased pain on my upper right side of my mouth. I had read previous positive reviews, so I gave them a call. With each person I encountered from registering me as a new patient to scheduling an appointment to assessing and working to relieve the pain, I feel I received the best of care. Each person was helpful, patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. I received great and clear explanations and encouraged to follow up if things were not significantly better in a couple of days...truly professional and compassionate. I sincerely appreciate the care I received. Update: I just had my first full visit and cleaning. I love the care and comprehensive treatment. I especially appreciated the clear explanations of the process and conditions of my gums and teeth by Jackie and Dr. K. I am very apt of the care and 🧑‍🏫 of everyone involved.

Be wary of this practice!!! I have had more than my fair share of bad dental experiences but this takes the cake as THE worst. Unclear explanations from the medical team combined with NEEDING multiple visits just to get any dental work done… this place does NOT have the patient’s best interest in mind. From my experience, they are only there to collect a check and go home. Thoroughly disappointed in my experience which was then confirmed after getting a second and third opinion from nearby dentists who happened to confirm that I’m not alone in my experiences. Do better!

This was a good visit. Lisa the receptionist efficiently checked me in. Jackie the hygienist cleaned my teeth very thoroughly with multiple steps. The 1st step was very comfortable with warm water. Deep scaling was gentle and a pleasure. My fear evaporated. Jackie also imparted a lot of good information on the mouthguard and teeth care (use waterpik as well as string floss) and gave me lots of feedback on my gum measurements and did extra cleaning on the bad gum measurement. This is definitely a good operation and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

The Highlands Ranch Dental Group has an exceptional dental office including its reception staff, its preparation staff and its dental service. This was my first visit to this office. Since I just moved to Colorado from California, the receptionist consulted directly with my dental insurance provider to see what dental procedures were available for me. I was then given a thorough, written explanation of the procedures covered by my insurance and my out of pocket expenses. After a personal discussion and a recommendation, I had the appropriate x-rays taken and some dental work done as well. Dr. Bravo and his staff are an outstanding professional team and I am now looking forward to visiting my dentist - not fearful of dental visits as I once was.

Today was my second time visiting this dentist for wisdom tooth extraction. I wish Dr. Luis Bravo could have been my dentist my whole life. I have always had bad anxiety at the dentist. Dr. Bravo is very knowledgeable and straight forward. He made both of the procedures I visited for easy to get through. Answered all of my questions quickly and moved forward with the procedure right away. There was no chance for my anxiety to take hold. Every tech I worked with was also very knowledgeable and pleasant. I'll be recommending this dentistry to all of my friends and family. Thank you.
