Highlands Ranch Smiles

Update: Aug 20 2026 I had appointment scheduled with hygenist Marcie and I couldn't be more thankful and grateful for her and job she does. She is such an amazing, sweet, understanding and positive talk lady. I felt so good today and I am blessed to have her as my hygenist. World needs more people like you, Ms. Marcie♥️🌹♥️ Thank you for everything ❤️ Update 6.30.25 Awesome stuff as always! Recommend! Office stuff are awesome. This is one busy location and it was gr8 to see so many patients, it tells you they doing good job there. 3 kids of mine had 1st visit here today and I am satisfied with interaction with everyone and their understanding of why we needed to switch from other office. Admin lady who scheduled our appointment for next week is nice and pleasant and understanding. So far HRS gets 5⭐️

My visit to Highlands Ranch Smiles was really awesome! I was given a gift and card on my first visit which was unexpected but so nice. The receptionist, hygienists and dentist were super friendly and professional. They developed a plan to improve and deep clean my teeth through a few visits. Overall, they gave me confidence that they can really improve the condition of my teeth and gums. I'm looking forward to my next visit to begin this journey.

I’ve been going to HRS for nearly 8 years. They are awesome! Britney was my hygienist today and she was great! Highly recommend HRS.

I am pretty sure all these 5 star reviews in this page are FAKE. One of the worst clinic and team members and providers and service I have ever seen in this country. They will not send proper documents. Not respond to voicemails. Not provide proper medications. All they want is CREDIT/DEBIT Card information to process the payments. I wish Google Review has a (-) FIVE STAR reviews as they deserve that. Please stay away from this dentist if you can!

First time here and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist. They were so warm and welcoming (even greeted me with a gift) and really were personable. They did not make me feel guilty about slacking off in my dental hygiene at times and really walked me through each process. I had the pleasure to meet Brandi who took photos of my teeth at the beginning of the appointment. I loved that she acknowledged it was my first time there and offered a tour to comfort me. She was a pleasure to talk to, which really eased my anxiety. I had Dr. Medved and she was such a delight! Then I had Kristie as my hygienist. All three women were caring, patient, and so personable. They absolutely changed my view of going to the dentist! Thank you so much ladies and I feel happy finally finding a dentist that cares!

Years ago I went to them with an emergency cracked veneer and I've honestly never looked back. They are personable, patient, caring and fantastic at what they do! They strive for excellence and it shows in every visit. Don't hesitate on this one, pick them and you won't have any dental procider worries going forward!

Went in for the first time and left seriously impressed. Phenomenal dentist — knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely gentle. Friendly staff across the board, clear communication, and billing was completely painless. Zero complaints. Five stars and I'll be back.

Having dental care at Highlands Ranch Smiles is a delight! All the dentists and their staff are so professional and caring. They make me feel comfortable and confident in every procedure I have had. Such a cheerful office!!

Amazing dentists and entire team at Highlands Ranch Smiles! Highly communicative, the team here listens and takes a cautious approach with patients. I feel at ease at every appointment and every employee is so friendly and happy!

Believe it or not, but I always look forward to my check ups at HR Smile. They’re very welcoming and friendly, and the place is spotless and modern. My teeth typically look much whiter than when I first go in and feel so clean. The dentists are nice and patient and willing to explain things clearly. I’ve been going to them for the past 10 or so years and always feel well taking care of.

I had the smoothest and most educational dental visit at Highlands Ranch Smiles today! Lisa and Val took such good care of me. I felt so welcomed upon arrival and check out processes. Seriously was offered so many options and opportunities. Thank you team!
