Adonia Dentistry Houston

This was my first visit with Adonia. I was so impress by the personnel! Their professionalism, efficiency and kindness made me worked out very please with their service. In three words: Nice, quick and efficient!

Dr. Noufele is the best! We have been looking for a good dentist for years and finally found her, only 5 minutes from home. :) My husband and I have both been coming to this office for about a year. Dr. Noufele is smart, attentive, and kind. Her office staff are always helpful and friendly. Plus they take our insurance!

Dr. Noufele and her staff are amazing! They are welcoming and very prompt with their services. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Easy scheduling too.

I scheduled an appointment two days in advance for 1 PM. When I arrived, the receptionist, Brittany, immediately said in a rude tone, “I don’t see you on the calendar. Are you sure it’s for this office?” I confirmed that it was and pulled up my email confirmation to show her. She didn’t even attempt to look at my phone and instead dismissed me with, “I can’t see that. Do you want to schedule another appointment for a different day?” I also explained that I had spoken to someone at the office the day before at 11:30 AM to confirm my appointment. Her response was, “I don’t know who you spoke to. You’re not on the calendar.” There was no effort to investigate, clarify, or resolve the situation. This was especially frustrating because I had just driven through a thunderstorm and heavy downpour to get there. After some back and forth, she finally offered to get the dentist. The dentist came out, sincerely apologized for the situation, and explained there had been an issue with their registration portal, which is why I wasn’t on the schedule. Despite that, she still offered to see me later that same day. Both she and her assistant were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They completely turned the experience around. I truly appreciate the care and effort from the dentist and her assistant. However, the receptionist’s attitude was unprofessional and lacked basic conflict resolution skills. First impressions matter, and interactions like that can easily drive patients away.

I had a great experience at Adonia Dentistry. The staff is kind, attentive, and very professional. You can tell they work hard and care about their patients. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable the whole time. It is not easy to find a dentist you trust, but I found one here. They just gained a lifelong customer.

I was very pleased with my service at Adonia Dentistry! My mother recommended them to me. Not Only was the doctor very thorough with my examination and procedure, but the staff was also very kind and accommodating — And the facility was very clean. I’m looking forward to my next few appointments, and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Dental practice with integrity and care.
