He did work on my wife that was good but no one said that our insurace P.A. didn't go thru and we were stuck with a $400+ bill that we are stuck paying $70 per month paying. Make sure before they do any work!

Update: I’m pretty sure the changed my kids appointments without making a phone call first. It was a long drive to get there and super disappointing. We were there for the first time today with my 4 boys. Everyone was so kind and they didn’t seem to be bothered by my boys being boys. I heard the lady on the phone being nice to everyone that called in. Another plus is that I was able to complete all of the forms online before the appointment. That is really important when you’re trying to bring 4 little boys to get their teeth cleaned.

Fit me in last minute for a bad tooth. Still have more work to do so was able to get me in next week too for a root canal. The assistant was amazing and so was the dentist, can’t remember her name though. Very nice. Wish I would have started going there sooner and will also begin taking my kids there as well.

As someone who has continually had issues with my teeth due to chronic autoimmune disease, I struggled to find a dental office where I was truly comfortable. I have been a patient at this office for a few years now and I am so happy I found them. I highly recommend Dr. Kimble. Both her and her staff are always kind and considerate and I feel confident that I am receiving the best possible care.

I was seen by Dr. Kimble to have an infected tooth extracted. First, numbed with the swab on my gums and then an injection of local anesthetic. Absolutely no warning from, Dr. Kimble, she started at me with the injection. I knew the procedure would require it beforehand - however - I was NOT expecting it without warning. Instinctively I shoved her hand away. I think it was somewhat irritating to her, but a warning of procedure events would have been VERY appreciated. Dr. Kimble rocked and pulled on the same tooth for over 40 minutes. I requested three different times for more anesthesia. I understand the complexity of pulling teeth (especially if there is infection present). She was happy to oblige with more - which was nice. Her assistant was incredible. So comforting and sweet she really helped me with the uncomfortableness of the situation. After 40 minutes, Dr. Kimble said she was going to get Dr. Ford. She said he is left handed (that’s the side my tooth was on) she thought it would be easier for him to get it. He came in and introduced himself to me as, Eric. Not even Dr. Ford which was kinda cool. He said, “Don’t worry we’ll have this out in just a minute for you!” He tried the forceps - tooth did not budge. He ended up drilling my tooth in half, and plucked both pieces of tooth out in less than 2 minutes. It was THAT easy. I’m two days post-op and my jaw, socket, and left side of my face is in immense pain. OF COURSE 40 minutes of rocking my jaw back and forth would cause this much pain. I’m frustrated it wasn’t drilled in half in the first place! It would have saved SO much time, and not to mention pain. My gums are so inflamed from the procedure. My jaws, cheekbones and side of my neck have been swollen for two days. I know post-op pain is to be expected, however, FORTY minutes of rocking and pulling was over with in less than two minutes thanks to Dr. Ford. I could not believe how fast and quick the procedure was done because of him. Great dentist, and I will ONLY see him from now on. He was HIGHLY attentive and asked if I needed more anesthesia.
