I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I have significant dental anxiety after not going to the dentist for three years and even explained that I experience “white coat syndrome,” but I didn’t feel that my concerns were taken seriously. Instead of helping me feel comfortable, the staff’s bedside manner came across as cold and dismissive. The worst part was having X-rays taken. I was repeatedly and aggressively told to “BITE DOWN!” without much patience, which only made my anxiety worse. I’ve been to several dental offices over the years, and I’ve never experienced staff being so abrupt during a routine procedure. I was told I have gingivitis (no cavities) and need to return in three months for a deeper cleaning, but after this experience, I’m honestly not sure if I’ll be going back. A little kindness and compassion toward anxious patients would go a long way. Good dental care isn’t just about the clinical work—it’s also about making patients feel safe and respected. Unfortunately, that was missing from my visit.

I had the most unprofessional experience. After doing my xray I am yet to be informed of the results. The doctor took 2seconds to look at my tooth and then told his assistant to write prescription for two medications. No explanation of what they are for and why they are needed. I had to ASK to at least have an idea of where do we go from here and that wasn't even explained to me by the Doctor. My only reason for knowing what was happening is because I'm an RN. I do expect to have a better experience when I return for my followup appointment. Super super disappointed

My family has gone here for years! We love Dr. Conard and his staff ❤️ They are very kid friendly! Office is super clean and appointments are easy to get in with. I’ve had emergencies with my teeth and they have got me in on the same day! 100% recommend these wonderful people!

Excellent!!! That’s the only word I can use to describe my experience here with the staff and Dentist. From the moment I pulled up to the moment I left I was greeted with kindness and understanding of what exactly was going to be done and why. Highly recommend if like me you have had previous bad experiences with other dental offices.

I love Dr.Conard and the whole staff. I'm warmly greeted and immediately made comfortable which is really important at a dental visit. I'm not a good patient, so I'm happy he is so calming and explains everything.
