I never write reviews, but my experience here has been nothing short of awful. It started with what should have been a simple cavity. Marshall Dentistry repeatedly rescheduled my appointments due to “dental emergencies,” allowing the cavity to become severely infected. As a result, I had to undergo a root canal as a child—something that may have been avoidable if I had been treated in a timely manner. Fast forward several years: the root canal has failed, and the tooth now needs to be removed. You would think they could at least handle that, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. They canceled my appointment the day of and blamed it on “external factors.” However, the oral surgeon had somewhere else to be less than an hour later and likely would not have had time to see me anyway. There is only one oral surgeon, who is clearly overworked, and as a patient, your needs are not prioritized. You can call and leave voicemails and won’t receive a response. I’ve have had to take antibiotics far longer than any doctor would normally recommend while waiting for treatment. If you’re comfortable waiting months for care while living with an ongoing dental infection, then this office may be fine for you. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend seeking treatment somewhere else.
Marshall Dentistry is outstanding. Extremely courteous and accommodating. Dr Craft is the best! I felt very safe, and I am looking forward to my deep cleaning as bizarre as that sounds.
If I could give them a 0 I would. I had an appointment March 3 for consultation had to pay 235 or something for it was never told till I got there no big deal. I was told they would contact my other doctor and then would get back to me. From the moment I got there I was treated terribly by whoever the nurse was or assistant not sure why but she had no bedside manner and was so so rude. Weeks later I contact them wondering why I haven’t been scheduled for surgery they inform me cause they have not been in contact with my doctor. She said I guess I can contact them again. More weeks pass and I go to my doctor she asks if I bought the paper for them to fill out I say what paper? She said the lady she been in contact with was rude and they been trying to get a fax for weeks they have called her 5 times and still nothing. So then they write me a letter I take it to them two more weeks pass nothing mind you this entire time my doctor been trying to get into contact them and the issue settled. Long story short I went to mountain state oral surgery took me a week to get in get an appointment and have surgery and it cost me 2k less. I will never recommend anyone to Marshall the dentist was so kind and friendly but that one lady she needs a new job or retrained. I understand she works in a dental office but news flash you should have bed side manner!!! Get better staff!!!

Absolutely horrible! So I called like 2 weeks ago to schedule an appointment. I told the lady that scheduled me that I needed a new dentist since moving. Got scheduled for 4/12 at 9 am. So here I am, arriving 15 minutes early btw, for my appointment. I was told I had to fill out paperwork which I did; I expected some as I was a new patient, however, some of the paperwork was repetitive given I had been to affiliated MU facilities. Nonetheless, I filled it out very thoroughly. After I hand it in, I sit and wait… and wait…. And wait some more…. Finally after being there for an hour and a half, I get called back. I asked the lady who does the check-in for appointments because it was a little crazy I got there 15 minutes early and still waited almost an hour past my scheduled time to see someone. She said that “if you would have had your paperwork done by 9 am, you would have been taken back first”. I’M SORRY, WHAT!?!?? Since when do appointment times vary based on how quickly you fill out your check-in paperwork???? If I’m scheduled at 9 am, it shouldn’t matter how long I take to fill out my paperwork, that is my appointment time. Then, when she asks why I’m here, and I answer that I’m here for a routine dental with cleaning. She tells me that’s not what I’m scheduled for, I’m scheduled for a evaluation which only involves 1-2 teeth and I’ll have to come back a different day for a routine visit. HECK NO! I waited for a hour and a half to be told I couldn’t even be seen?? At this point, she’s trying to schedule me for another appointment and I’m sitting there so mad I’m trying not to cry. I get up and say I’d like to leave. Fast forward, I’m out in my car, crying because I’m so mad, when I get a call from someone saying I left very upset and they wanted to check in with me. I told her it was ridiculous that I had a SCHEDULED appointment at 9 am, arrived early, and was still brought back way late. She stated there were multiple different providers so it could vary by provider. Well, that’s not what I was told!!! I was told it was based on how fast I turned in my paperwork. Also, it really shouldn’t matter because if you have multiple different providers, shouldn’t it be faster??? Nevertheless, I also said that it was ridiculous that I had to reschedule after waiting that long. She agreed and offered to reschedule, but I wasn’t having any of that! I told her no, that I would find another dentist. Now I will say, the people working there are very nice. Can’t speak on the doctors because I didn’t see one, but the receptionist and other staff I talked to were very nice so nothing against them. My problem is purely with the experience, or lack there of, that I had at the office. Do better!
Dr Zaky was very knowledgeable, and thorough. She asked detailed questions to diagnose what I have going on with my teeth. My previous dentist at a different location and business, not associated with Marshall Family Dentistry didn’t provide me with very good service. I was very impressed with my visit. My son goes here as well. He was telling me how good she is and she had to take care of a tooth that a dentist with Valley heath messed up.
