They have been transparent, clear, and extremely competent. They have explained each procedure and intervention, provided options, and helped us make educated decisions. The level of care is top notch. We've always felt they are acting in the best interests of their patients and they have delivered fantastic outcomes. We are truly grateful to them for the work they've done and the extra mile they went for us. This is an office you can trust. They provide amazing service and will take good care of your kids.

Dr. Tingay was truly exceptional throughout my daughter’s orthodontic journey. Not only did he provide amazing care, but he also gave her a beautiful smile. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, compassionate, and committed to doing the right thing. His staff was also absolutely wonderful, always kind, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. Honestly, Dr. Tingay is one of the reasons I’m sad to leave Washington. I only wish we had found him earlier. We are incredibly grateful for everything he has done for our family and I cannot recommend him highly enough!

All three of my kids had braces from Dr. Tingey and I highly recommend his orthodontics practice. Dr. Tingey is extremely knowledgeable and skilled and he is also great with kids and teens. Everyone in this office - from reception to accounting to the assistants - are so kind and helpful. They are very efficient and we never have to wait long for an appointment since they run on time. It is one of the most professional and well-run practices I have encountered. I am glad I spent a little extra for treatment because I feel like the level of expertise, the modern technology, and the wonderful service we have received over the past 5 years have well exceeded my expectations.

Throughout that entire time, they have taken exceptional care of me—not just clinically, but personally as well. The amount of care and attention they provide truly goes above and beyond. The entire team is wonderful. The front desk staff are always warm, organized, and welcoming. Every team member I’ve interacted with has been kind, professional, and attentive. The office manager also does an amazing job creating such a thoughtful and inviting environment—everything from the decorations to the overall atmosphere makes each visit feel special. I’m incredibly grateful for the care, professionalism, and compassion I’ve experienced here. I couldn’t have asked for a better orthodontic team, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for truly exceptional care.

We had a great experience at Dr Tingey’s office. He was very helpful and explained everything clearly. He answered all our questions and made me and my son feel comfortable.
