I was very happy with my experience. Everyone was kind and expressed how they were happy I was there. The cleaning experience was fabulous. Gracie was sweet and gentle. Then when I left they had cookies with a fun fact on them. Goes way beyond the normal in care. Definitely recommend.

Love everything about this place, especially Dr.Hayes and his whole staff! I love how they are a local family owned business and everyone always makes me feel so welcomed and loved including his wife! Best dentist office in the 4 states by far!

Always the best experience from the front desk, to the dental assistants, to the Big Guy himself (aka: Dr. Hayes). Efficient, friendly, thorough. Regardless of a simple cleaning or extensive work, it’s a personal experience each and every time. Love this group!

The office staff at Joplin Dental Care are truly amazing! I was a new patient and the front office ladies were so friendly and welcoming. Dr Hayes was very thorough and explained my upcoming procedure to me and answered all of my questions without making me feel like he was rushing off to the next chair.

I am so glad that a retired dentist recommended Dr. Hayes to my husband. Prior to this, we hadn’t had a regular dentist because, honestly, we didn’t trust them. Dr. Hayes took care of my husband’s issue and even called him that evening to make sure he was doing okay. His amazing staff are always nice and helpful. So glad we found them!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hayes and the ENTIRE team. They are truly some of the kindest, sweetest people you’ll ever meet, and they make going to the dentist such a comfortable experience. The quality of their work is excellent, and I always feel well cared for. They also offer affordable plans for cleanings and other services if you don’t have insurance, which is such a blessing. Highly recommend!

My dental hygienists was very good and informative about everything she was doing. She was really good. She reminded me how lucky I am to not have the dental hygienist I had while growing up🙀 I really appreciate knowing what is going on in my mouth. Everyone in the office is very friendly and kind. The dentist was quickly in and out (but in a good way) because I had no issues. Yay! Really really nice place and people.
