I absolutely loved my experience with Ozark Family Dental. The staff are very friendly, I was able to get an appointment easily. Dr.Willis is amazing. Everything was explained before, during and after my procedure. I would highly recommend Ozark Family Dental for your entire family.

Dr. Groll and the dental assistant made sure to address my white coat syndrome while extracting a bad wisdom tooth. They explained everything they were doing, were super kind, and while the procedure wasn’t fun by any means, their care and concern made such a difference. Thank you both for your thoughtfulness. All 3 of my children went to Dr.Reed. Oldest child is 26 & he started going there when he was 3 or 4 so for a very long time. Love love love Dr. Reed. Now it's Ozark Family Dental and we still go there, now myself included. Still love it! Great place to go. Great staff. Won't be going anywhere else!!

Dr. Reed is very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions without having to rush to the next appointment!. First visit. Awesome cleaning too. Moved to Joplin from Williamsburg VA. Glad relieved to find a reputable dentist.

I've only had the experience of an initial visit for cleaning so far, but first impression is excellent. Ozark/Dr. Reed comes very highly recommended by 2 of my sons. Dianna, the hygienist, was knowledgeable and gentle, and the rinse water wasn't cold!

Been taking my daughter here for years and have absolutely always loved the care she has received, even when she was little and bit Dr. Reed. He was always amazing with her and we had the opportunity today to meet Dr. Cameron Willis. He was extremely kind and patient. He did a wonderful job explaining to my daughter what was going on with her teeth in a way that she was able to understand. All the staff members we encountered were and are wonderful ladies.
