Thanks for all your help with my crown replacement! Everyone was great explaining everything from procedures, time, insurance and my payment. Easy and relaxing environment! Saw a patient that was there a I use to work with and a employee Rory who I worked with her dad. So was a great visit!

Every time I go, I’m so very glad I did. It’s like a spa-treatment - My teeth feel positively giddy afterwards! Folks at the front are efficient and professional, and my hygienist explains everything so well as she goes through the process. Pinney keeps the office on top of their game with the latest equipment for a pain free process. Highly recommended.

As someone with a real fear of the dentist, I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and supportive Dr. Pinney’s office was. I shared my anxiety ahead of time, and the team made every effort to put me at ease. The office is modern, clean, and comfortable, with friendly front desk staff and refreshments. Meg gave me a tour of the office and offered thoughtful amenities like a blanket, tea, and coffee to help me feel comfortable. She was professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Meg’s level of compassion and ability to empathize professionally was a really great first impression of their team. She set the tone immediately for an exceptional visit. Hygienist Jessica was truly great. She clearly explained every step and tool and really went above and beyond to ensure comfort. Her level of knowledge and passion was comforting. I really appreciated how much time she took explaining things to me and even explained what I can expect for my next visit. She was professional and personable, great communication, and very intelligent. Dr. Pinney was gentle and supportive, taking time to review my options and give me full control over my treatment plan. He provided great guidance without any pressure. He was thorough and clearly cared about the small things and how I wanted to proceed moving forward. He created a very positive atmosphere and ensured support and understanding. I left feeling confident and well cared for. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. 5 stars—highly recommend!

At Dr. Pinney's I experience the evolution from dentistry to a holistic approach to whole body health. I value the constant education I receive there, alongside the most sophisticated methods available to care for my teeth effectively and gently. All the practitioners are top-notch professionals who work as a team. Among many other tips, while in the chair I have learned specifics about how oral health and my overall health - cardiac, mental, etc...are part of one overall system and how improvements in oral health improve and extend one's healthspan and possibly lifespan. I feel so lucky to have such a superb practice right here in Juneau.

Great dentist office. I especially appreciate the time my hygienist (Jessica) takes in educating me about what's going on in my mouth, the things to be mindful of and the other things that are less of a concern. It really gives me a holistic view of that part of my body. All of the staff are competent and very friendly.
