This place is amazing! If you have horrible anxiety they talk so it calms your nerves. Dr. Bondin is amazing. The staff is awesome

I love my hygienist, Naomi. She always makes sure I’m comfortable and takes good care of me. Also, I love the customizable music for each room.

Went for an extraction. Changed my mind, and asked about a root canal. The doctor asked the assistant to exray my mouth. So the doctor can put together a full treatment plan for my dental care. While trying to place the extray devise in my mouth, the dental assistant was so rough, that the device began to hurt me. I tried to recoil my head, and was gaging. Just trying to pull away from the devise that was being recklessly jammed in my mouth. I put my hands in the air to signal her to stop! But the dental assistant would not stop. Finally, I had to grab the device out of the assistant's hand, and remove it from my mouth. At that point, the assistant said, "I am going to advise you not to put your hands on me". I explained to the assistant that she was hurting me. And that due to her negligence, and unwillingness to stop, that I had to act quickly to stop her. I explained to her that she saw and heard me recoiling from the pain, gagging and waving my hands. That her unwillingness to stop was then perceived by me as an attack. And that I had every right to defend myself. At that point, I promptly ended the visit and left. There is one doctor there that I do like. He is straight forward and to the point. He is willing to work with you. The other doctor doesn't seam to care much about you. She seems like you're just another number. All of the dental assistants that I have experienced with the first doctor seamed to carry his same demeaner. The dental assistant for the second doctor seam to carry her same ambivalence. At least the one who attacked me today did! After what happened there today, I am now looking for another dental office. Pity. Because up to this point, the first doctor and his staff treated me very well. It's a pity that one individual with bad intentions can ruin what was a good place to get dental work done. You just never know if you're going to be left alone with "Jane the Ripper" as your dental assistant.

They have the worst office staff. They will almost never pickup your first call to schedule an appointment. They will call you after around 48 hours to do so. I requested a treatment plan 48 hours ago and they have not gotten back to me, I called and they won’t pickup as usual. I finally decided to take my x-rays and schedule an appointment with another clinic. I also advised my friends who come here to work with the clinic I’m moving to! That’s what happens when you don’t care about your patients!

Has been coming here for least 7 years with no issues. Called 5/6 to schedule a cleaning and was able to get in the next day. Got a text confirming my appointment showed up at my time saying I wasn't scheduled. They said that my insurance was out of net work and sent a text to confirm, then canceled.my appointment since they disnt hear back. I stated my insurance hadn't changed for past 2 years and was a plan I could use any dentist. Why didn't I recieve a call about this instead a text that I never recieved I don't understand why alot business are now depending top much on automated things instead of someone picking up a phone and calling. Now I have 2 hours to waste before work how inconvenient for this day to start when a simple phone call could resolved this issue.
