Communication from the front desk too the Dentist is top notch. Didn't hear any negativity at my appointment. Very well trained staff. I would recommend Regal Valley Dental too everyone.I can't say enough good about the whole staff.

I’ve been going to Regal Valley for a few years now, and as far as dentist offices go, they have been great! Everyone that works there is very kind and pleasant to interact with. My flossing habits may not be the best, but I’ve never felt talked down to or shamed. I often leave more educated and with useful advice or tools to improve my dental health. 5/5 stars!

Excellent technical staff who explained things well. They were also kind enough to go through costs and future expenses so I know what to expect. Dr Bachman was excellent at explaining the future plans. Excellent first experience.

I don’t normally post reviews but I had a horrible experience here. It’s been 4 years since I’ve gone here and let me just say, what they did to my teeth has affected my daily life. I visited when I was only 20 years old. Never had a cavity in my life. i had great hygiene, and cavities don’t run in the family. I came here because I outgrew my old dentist. Well, upon visiting they were doing all the new patient scans, and apparently I had like 8 cavities. 4 of them they were going to fill that day. And the other 4 were “developing.” Being 20, I was unaware dental health is scammy. Well, they removed the “cavity” and shaved away 4 of my teeth on the bottom right of my mouth. Those teeth were all next to each other. I never knew a cavity could spread, especially to that extent when I never had any before. Ever since ive had horrible sensitivity where they filled them. They told me it was normal. The sensitivity would come and go, but the times where it was there, was horrible. Also, they filled them so bad, things constantly get stuck in my teeth where they filled it. And not a normal “stuck,” it’s so hard for me to get things out of my teeth. And it’s very sharp between two of my teeth where they filled. As time went on, the sensitivity got worse and worse. Now I’m here, writing this review, wishing I never went. I’ve been to the dentist since and they’ve told me I have zero cavities and my teeth look amazing. I’m just sick and tired of medical practices taking advantage of people for their money. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here unless you ONLY need a cleaning.
