Regal Valley Dental Care

I wish I would have been asked if I wanted the cancer screening. I didn't know I was being screened for that until the lady came to talk to me about how much I would need to be pay for the visit. Assuming I am willing to pay $78 for something is ridiculous. Other than that, I was happy about my visit.

My first time having dental work done. The staff was very professional and understanding, and the whole process was quite efficient. I was able to be scheduled quickly, I barely had to wait upon arrival, and my procedure was able to be done within the hour. Very good experience, and am planning on making this my regular dental provider. Thank you to Dr. Sayed (and the dental assistants) for making the experience as quick and painless as possible.

Communication from the front desk too the Dentist is top notch. Didn't hear any negativity at my appointment. Very well trained staff. I would recommend Regal Valley Dental too everyone.I can't say enough good about the whole staff.

Trust me they worked hard for their money when it came to my spouse,ha. Seriously they are all wonderful. I would and do highly recommend them. 👍♥️

I’ve been going to Regal Valley for a few years now, and as far as dentist offices go, they have been great! Everyone that works there is very kind and pleasant to interact with. My flossing habits may not be the best, but I’ve never felt talked down to or shamed. I often leave more educated and with useful advice or tools to improve my dental health. 5/5 stars!

Excellent technical staff who explained things well. They were also kind enough to go through costs and future expenses so I know what to expect. Dr Bachman was excellent at explaining the future plans. Excellent first experience.

I don’t normally post reviews but I had a horrible experience here. It’s been 4 years since I’ve gone here and let me just say, what they did to my teeth has affected my daily life. I visited when I was only 20 years old. Never had a cavity in my life. i had great hygiene, and cavities don’t run in the family. I came here because I outgrew my old dentist. Well, upon visiting they were doing all the new patient scans, and apparently I had like 8 cavities. 4 of them they were going to fill that day. And the other 4 were “developing.” Being 20, I was unaware dental health is scammy. Well, they removed the “cavity” and shaved away 4 of my teeth on the bottom right of my mouth. Those teeth were all next to each other. I never knew a cavity could spread, especially to that extent when I never had any before. Ever since ive had horrible sensitivity where they filled them. They told me it was normal. The sensitivity would come and go, but the times where it was there, was horrible. Also, they filled them so bad, things constantly get stuck in my teeth where they filled it. And not a normal “stuck,” it’s so hard for me to get things out of my teeth. And it’s very sharp between two of my teeth where they filled. As time went on, the sensitivity got worse and worse. Now I’m here, writing this review, wishing I never went. I’ve been to the dentist since and they’ve told me I have zero cavities and my teeth look amazing. I’m just sick and tired of medical practices taking advantage of people for their money. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here unless you ONLY need a cleaning.

I had a visit here today to get a crown placed on one of my back teeth. I previously had two silver fillings, and one needed to be replaced with a crown. The procedure itself went well overall, and I didn’t have any issues with the actual treatment. However, I did not feel that my concerns about other teeth were thoroughly addressed. While I understand that dentists don’t want to disturb teeth that aren’t actively causing problems, I do believe certain areas I mentioned should have at least been examined more closely. I left feeling like my concerns were somewhat dismissed. I do want to recognize the dental assistant she was absolutely fantastic! She was kind, attentive, and made the experience much more comfortable. If it weren’t for my concerns not being fully addressed, I would have gladly continued care here because of how great she was!

So good with my daughter!! & they let her help out with everything that she could! I will forever go here and so will my kiddos! Also to mention , they had pumpkins decorated for Halloween that you could vote for! We decided we needed one similar for home and went to get the stuff right after we left the office! The staff were very kind. I get pretty anxious when going to the dentist so it’s already a big leap to show up. The moment I walked in everyone was really kind and listened to my concerns. During the initial consultation they not only wanted to hear about concerns regarding my smile but also the good things too. When talking about the status/state of my dental care they never shamed or made you feel embarrassed but rather were open minded and even gave amazing tips for better dental health and said if I ever had and questions or concerns they’ll do their best to help out. Even if it was some small things. They truly do care about patients dental situations and want the best for you and your teeth. Everyone was so very kind and heart warming. I definitely recommend 🙏
