Dr. Jeremy Smith and the entire team at Live Well Dentistry are truly top tier. I recently had a dental situation that, while some may not have considered an emergency, definitely was to me. What impressed me most was that Dr. Smith actually called me while he was on vacation to walk me through a temporary solution that would safely get me through the weekend. That level of care, compassion, and dedication to his patients is rare. Dr. Smith is incredibly patient, thoughtful, and always approaches treatment with your long-term dental health in mind rather than looking for a quick fix. You can tell he genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for every patient. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment you walk through the door. Appointments are well scheduled, so I've experienced virtually no wait time. The office is spotless, the equipment is modern and state-of-the-art, and the beautiful fish tank creates a calm, relaxing atmosphere. We had an amazing experience during my son’s dental cleaning and crown procedure. Dr. Smith was exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood the treatment options. What stood out most was that Dr. Smith genuinely puts his patients’ best interests first. He never made us feel pressured into unnecessary treatments. Instead, he focused on providing the best care for my son and recommended only what was truly needed. We are so grateful for his expertise, honesty, and compassionate care. I highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy dentist.

As soon I sat in the chair I relaxed, laughed and learned more about my teeth than I ever have! The staff could not be more thoughtful and kind. I completely trust Dr. Smith and I am looking forward to more visits!

I had another wonderful hour at Livewell Family Dentistry today. The staff is incredibly friendly. Marwa cleaned my teeth so gently and beautifully. Sitting in that dental chair is always a treat for me because of her careful treatment. She’s funny too, and I was laughing a lot! Dr. Smith is always pleasant and thorough. 100% recommend them.

Livewell Family Dentistry is the BEST practice in Gwinnett! Dr. Smith and his team truly care about the well-being of every patient. There are welcoming smiles from the minute you come through the front door, they handle all processing of insurance & paperwork, ensuring its completion or follow-up. The dental hygienist calmed my worst dental stress (not an easy task) by "hearing" what I needed, which made me feel like a human being, not just a dental patient. Dr. Smith has the patience of a saint. He goes above and beyond to help his patients, especially in situations with few/difficult options. Amazing dental practice!!

Joy has been a staple, a name and face I’ve recognized over many, many years. Coming into Smith’s care, I have no complaints. He’s absolutely amazing, genuine, considerate, and just, overall, top tier. The staff is VERY personable. I’ve had the pleasure of coming here for well over 20 years (crazy, just thinking about it 👴🏽). I thrive on consistency, more so when it comes to good people. Everyone has been nothing but consistent in the way they have achieved and maintain greatness. 10/10.
