I had a wonderful experience at Mint Dentistry! The entire team was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. My dental cleaning was exceptional—very thorough yet gentle. Dr. O was outstanding and took great care of me, including removing my retainer with skill and patience. I truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail throughout my visit. Thank you to Dr. O and the entire Mint Dentistry team for providing such outstanding care. There’s one reason I drive out of my way to visit this location: the staff makes me feel welcomed and pays attention to detail. I can tell they’ve read over my chart/history before I get any type of service done. My anxiety has dropped tremendously since becoming a customer of the Lilburn location. Sheena, the Office Manager, operates with a warm efficiency that keeps things running smoothly without making me feel like just a number. Keep her happy, and you’ll keep us happy - ☺️. On this last visit, Nerissa administered the in-office whitening procedure and walked me through it every step of the way. She has an excellent chair side demeanor and helped me relax even more. She was patient with me, and that made me feel appreciated as a customer. Patient care seems to be a reoccurring theme at the Lilburn office, extending across departments. The dental hygienist, Erica took her time while cleaning my teeth, and I didn’t experience any pain or slips of cleaning tool against my gums. She’s by far my favorite. I don’t always take the time to write reviews but with something as serious as dental care, I just had to share a location I highly recommend.

My first experience at the Lilburn was not good at all. The young lady at the front desk was rude and sassy. I overlooked her nasty attitude because I just wanted to have done, what I came there for and I didn't have the patience that day to deal with BS. After what seems like a million unessasary xrays, the doctor came in and he explained to me that I needed this and that done to my teeth. I wasn't buying any of his sales tactics. A bunch of lies just to make money off their patients. I received 'deep cleaning' only to one side, the doctor got up and left the room. He never explained to me that I'll have to make another appointment to have the other side of my mouth/teeth cleaned on a different day. I had to ask the assistant what was going on and why the doctor only did a partial cleaning. I went back a few days later only to be told that I really didn't need a deep cleaning but she'll do one anyway. I was also told that the numbing injection is not needed only the numbing gel will be used. But, I can request for the injection if needed. I was EXTREMELY confused. I didn't even bother to ask any more questions because right then and there, I was over the whole experience and I dont think I'll be returning to Mint dentistry. PATIENT CARE IS DEFINITELY NOT THEIR PRIORITY. THEIR PRIORITY IS COLLECTING ALL THE MONEY THEY CAN FROM THEIR PATIENTS AND PATIENT'S INSURANCE!

As always the service is excellent starting from front desk check in to your actual service (s). The doctor I usually see is doctor G and he is awesome and hears your concern. My appliance was finally ready and I’m very happy and satisfied with the final delivery. I would recommend Mint Dental to all my friends and family members…see you soon!

This was my first experience at the Mint Dentistry location, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dentist visits I’ve had. My visit was at their Lilburn location. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. I had little to no wait time, which made the visit even better. The team that took care of me was pleasant, soft-spoken, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way—from X-rays to the exam, cleaning, and fluoride treatment. They truly care about their patients and go out of their way to make the experience stress-free. I also loved the extras—they give you a goody bag with their logo sunglasses, their own branded chapstick and toothpaste, a new toothbrush, and sample fluoride toothpaste to try at home. That personal touch really stands out compared to other dental offices. One of the best perks is that they fit you for free custom at-home whitening trays (once any needed dental work is completed), which is a huge bonus. If you’re looking for a great dentist in Lilburn that accepts insurance, provides excellent care, and makes you feel comfortable, I highly recommend Mint Dentistry. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This review is written from the perspective of someone who only had X-rays and cleaning because my teeth are perfect, I am perfect. I am the chosen one. I made my appointment online at midnight at a time when u should be texting your ex. I was sceptical of a same day appointment, but I got there at 8 and the front desk was very professional and friendly. No one rolled their eyes at me like I was a scrub tryna get some love. The check in was easy they didn't ask me much. I had to fill out a form on an iPad. And I waited about 20 minutes to be taken to the back. No issues with the wait time. Wait times are normal at ANY office. The office was clean and very nice and modern. First of all the method of adult distraction was extraordinary. They played the first 48hours on a big tv but it was the early 2000's episodes with the nokia snake phones and sidekicks. I felt calm as I tried to figure out who murdered Paula -mother of three and left her body in the woods. My mind drifted off and I didn't think about how a stranger was about to dig in my mouth with a sharp hook. The X-ray technician was so nice and helpful. The dentist didn't try to take my money when I asked about whitening. The doctor told me my teeth weren't that yellow because I'm perfect and he said the in office whitening might damage my enamel and offered me complimentary at home whitening. The young lady who did my X-rays made a mold of my teeth for the home whitening and then the hygienist came in and cleaned my teeth and told me I was naughty for not visiting the dentist in over four years. But I am perfect and I was distracted by the confession of Paula's killer. The hygenist scheduled me for my next cleaning 6 months out. She gave me an amazing gift bag and it had my teeth whitening kit in it. When I got home I received an email with a PDF for how to whiten my teeth. I am very impressed with the entire experience. Restroom was clean Front desk was friendly no one had nail salon cluster eyelashes for 35 dollars with the thick black glue- these women were classy and dressed nice. They took pride In their appearance and dressed to match the vibe. First 48 on the tv was everything I never knew I needed. Appointment was the same day made online through Google maps. Easy. The dentist was honest with me. The wait was normal. Gift bag was fire 🔥 Cool interior aesthetic The process was smoother than I'm used to at a doctor or dentist. The entire process took an hour and a half. Five stars. Thank you. Altho I'm perfect I will be back.
