Elite Smiles of Louisville

Had an emergency dental visit. I am terrified of dentist unfortunately. Dr. Music and his assistant (was so nervous I didn't catch or remember her name) were so very nice and reassuring. Had to have four teeth extracted and have never done this without sedation. But they made me so comfortable I was able to make it thru with just the nitrous. I have already made another appointment to work on a plan for my dental needs. They are fantastic.

Six years ago I cracked a molar. I’ve had a couple of rough dentists in the past, which unfortunately led me to ignore the cracked tooth. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dentists. I started having severe nerve pain that wouldn’t resolve so I called Elite Smiles in an act of desperation. They got me in extremely quick. I was up front and honest about my anxiety and lack of dental care for the last 6 years. Every single person I interacted with in that office was amazing. They were kind and understanding. Dr Alwan and his assistant Heather made me feel as safe and comfortable as I could’ve been while getting a tooth pulled. Dr Alwan is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. I will continue to go to Elite Smiles, they made me comfortable enough to get back to regular dental care. I cannot recommend this office enough. Thank you so much for helping me!

My experience was great. Everyone was really friendly. The environment was really clean and relaxing. Even though I had to come in for an extraction. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I've been a patient for about 6 years and in all my life, these hygienists are THE MOST intuitive about being gentle with your teeth and gumline. They are also friendly, quick, and thorough. They start with the waterpik and then are very careful with the little scrapers. I would give myself a B- in terms of remembering to brush/floss, so I come in a little sensitive. Dr. Music is kind and knowledgeable and always makes time for some catching up while doing a quality check.

Elite Smiles of Louisville was a great experience. Jessica did my Zoom teeth whitening treatment, which consisted of four 15-minute sessions, and she was wonderful throughout the entire process. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The treatment was smooth and well explained, and I really appreciated how attentive she was. I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Elite Smiles of Louisville to anyone considering teeth whitening

Elite Smiles was so great! They got me in quick for an emergency appointment when I thought I may have had an abscess (turns out my gums were just super swollen). My insurance was out of network and they made sure to be super transparent about my OON benefits and how much it would cost me. When I got there they could see how much pain I was in and worked fast to get me in for some appointments to do a deep clean. My teeth look and feel so much better! Patty and Melissa did an amazing job!

My experience has been amazing. I came in to my first appointment self conscious of my smile. After everything they have done I can finally smile with confidence again! The staff is always friendly and inviting, and the service is top notch. I highly Recommend seeing Dr. Alwan and the staff at Elite Smiles, simply put, they are amazing!

I had been trying to find a good dentist for a number of years and happened upon Dr. Music and his team. They are not just good: they are great! I’ve been going there for about two years now. Your appointment time is just that: that’s when you’re going to see the doc. I bet I’ve never waited in that office for more than five minutes before I’m going back. They are super efficient, but you never feel rushed. Donna has been my hygienist twice now and she is just lovely— So kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Actually every person I have encountered in that office has been friendly, kind and patient—and they truly seem to enjoy working there and working with each other. I highly recommend Elite Smiles!
