10/10! Everyone here is so kind and professional. Everything I’ve had done here has been a breeze, and they always make sure I’m as comfortable as possible. Autumn and Dr. Johnson are amazing and super trustworthy. They’re the best dentist team I’ve been to in Louisville!

I typically have a good experience here, the doctor is nice and accommodating and everything looks new, but I'm pretty furious over something that just happened. I came in first thing in the morning for an exam to check something I thought looked wrong, and was told everything's fine. I went home and later that day noticed a chipped tooth. I called the next day about it (it was a bit past closing) and was told that I have to pay for yet another exam before they'll fix it, and do all the xray prep nonsense as well. I'm pretty angry they're having me cough that up twice AND go through the financial and physical nonsense of getting piercings that require tools to get out, out, for xrays we just took.

I’ve been going to Neighborhood Dental for two years, and the experience has been excellent. I used to dread going to the dentist because my previous office had loud music and blaring TVs that made even the waiting room stressful. At Neighborhood Dental, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. Dr. Johnson is warm, professional, and has never pressured me into unnecessary procedures or products. His staff is friendly, and they make every visit smooth and pleasant. The quieter waiting room and gentle music are a bonus. I highly recommend them!

The entire visit was very pleasant. Abby did x-rays and cleaned my teeth with professionalism and care. Dr. Johnson was very attentive and made a very helpful recommendation. Checking out with Andrea was handled quickly and efficiently. Overall a wonderful experience.

Dr Johnson is the best around! They fit me in multiple times on short notice and always do really great work. Dr Johnson cares a lot about the quality of his work and making sure patients feel comfortable. There’s never pressure to get anything extra done and I trust his recommendations.

Dr. Johnson and his staff are extremely professional, caring, friendly, and patient. They always take the time to make sure I am comfortable and fully understand what is being done. I have a fear of dentists due to some awful experiences in the past, but their kindness and calm approach truly help put me at ease. The workspace is always very clean and well organized, which reflects the high standards they maintain. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who is skilled, compassionate, and attentive.
