Best dentist/office staff I've experienced. Always on time, with friendly staff and good hygienists. Dentists are trustworthy. Dr. McCauley was awesome, especially with my young kids. Highly recommend!

I was disappointed with the lack of urgency when my child developed an abscess. The tooth had been filled at this office, and when I called, I was told there were no appointments available for several days. I expected more flexibility in addressing an established patient’s urgent needs. At minimum, the receptionist could have offered to talk to the dentist but she was pretty firm that they would not be getting us in soon. Thankfully we found an office that acknowledged the urgency.

My first experience at Gerwig couldn’t have gone any better! From walking in to leaving, I was greeted with a smile. Everyone was very helpful to get my visit going. My hygienist was very professional and I felt zero pain during the entire visit. Dr Hogan was super nice! Five stars all the way around.

I am extremely satisfied with Gerwig Family Dental! Everyone on staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. McCauley III is the best! Every step, process, and treatment that I have had, I was treated with the upmost respect and care! Every dental assistant was great and nice! The staff members at the front desk were very nice and knowledgeable as well! I highly recommend this dental facility to anyone who is in need of perfect professional help with their dental needs! I had a teeth cleaning at Gerwig Family Dental this week. The entire staff was very welcoming and professional. The office was very clean. My teeth were not sore afterwards. Dr. Gerwig was very pleasant. I look forward to having future cleanings here as well as any other dental work I may need.
