I absolutely love how respectful they are of your time! At other dental offices, I’ve waited over 20 minutes in the waiting room, followed by another 30–45 minutes in the chair before my cleaning even started. Today, I was in and out in less than 25 minutes and had a great experience. I truly appreciate their efficiency and care. No complaints!

Everyone was very nice and polite and the office was clean and professional in appearance. The dentist was pleasant and friendly and easy to talk with. I went there for a second opinion on some dental work that was being recommended by my dentist because it all seemed overwhelming. She looked at my X-rays and gave me some good news which resulted in saving me a lot of unnecessary pain and expense. I’m switching over all my dental care to them going forward. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Great experience! Arianna, the dental hygienist, was very kind, gentle, and professional. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything very well. She did a great job, and I felt well cared for. I am very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this office!

I’m not one who likes going to the dentist since it’s usually a painful experience but not here. The cleaning wasn’t painful at all Ana I have very sensitive teeth. Highly recommend!

This was our first visit to Dental group of Lubbock after recently moving to Texas. This office is wonderful from the front desk walking in. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful office. Our hygienist was amazing and so professional and kind. One of the best cleanings ever! Our dentist was very welcoming and thorough with our exams! We are very happy we found this great office and look forward to our future visits!

This place is the best dental practice in Lubbock. Everytime I go there all of the staff is very friendly. They get me in quick and if I need anything done after my cleaning they set me up with an appointment that week or do it that same day.

As always, the staff was very courteous upon my arrival. They got me right in and the procedure was professionally done. I couldn’t be happier with my dental care provider! Thanks for taking good care of me.

My husband and I went to the Dental Group of Lubbock; he went on Wednesday and I went on Thursday. It is a very nice place, all the staff and doctors were very cordial and professional. We were both very pleased and have established care there.

They take my insurance as in-network which is really rare these days so I’m so grateful! Female staff and docs which rocks. Scheduling is easy and they don’t let you forget appointments. So happy I found them- I have saved a ton of money from using typical out-of-network dentists with fancy offices.

I went in a few days before my appointment (had already confirmed my appointment) to provide my new insurance information. I was told my regular hygienist was out on medical leave and asked if I wanted to wait a few minutes to get my insurance confirmed and have the other hygienist go ahead and do X-rays and clean my teeth. Since I was already there I said sure. Everyone in this office is friendly and professional. My teeth were cleaned. Hygienist made sure I was comfortable and having no issues. I would recommend this staff for all your dental needs.
