Maupin Steffensen Endodontics

I have a lot of problems with my teeth and the staff and dr Steffensen are the best. He explains everything and makes sure you are ok throughout the entire procedure. They are very kind and compassionate. If you need a root canal this is the place to go. They also looked at my other teeth and made sure I didn’t need any other root canals at this time. He has done 3 of my teeth and I can’t be more happy. He caught an infection that my regular dentist missed as well. Thank you from Megan 😊

We had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. My family and parents were treated rudely by the front desk female staff, and their appointment was canceled because they arrived 10 minutes late, despite knowing my family member was a senior citizen in need of a root canal and the importance of their appointment. There was no attempt to be understanding or accommodating—just a flat refusal and an unprofessional attitude. Life happens, especially for older patients, and a little empathy goes a long way. Instead, my family was made to feel disrespected and unwelcome. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate or patient-centered care.

I highly recommend Maupin & Steffensen Endodontics! Dr. Steffensen did my root canal this morning and he is amazing! Gentle, kind, and reassuring and explains everything as he is doing it. His assistant, Nikki, was also great! Lovely front office staff, as well, and so very kind and helpful. 🙂 Definitely check them out!

Dr. Maupin and his staff make you feel comfortable from the minute you walk into their office. His team helps the entire process go smoothly. He was able to fix my husband's tooth and get rid of the infection painlessly. It is such a comfort knowing that his office is available to meet our dental needs. Highly recommend him and his office staff! We appreciate the care he gave to us.

Dr. Maupin I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. Super personable, helped my son in what we considered a true crisis situation. They were able to quickly work us into their schedule, made sure there was no damage to my son's nerves after his skateboarding accident. Dr. Maupin also bonded the few chipped teeth he had and my son's smile looks just as beautiful as it did prior to the accident. We were so fortunate to have found Dr. Maupin, likely the number one Endodontist in Lubbock!
