We had a wonderful experience at this new dental office for my daughter’s cleaning! From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The office was clean and inviting, and the staff made sure my daughter felt comfortable throughout her visit. The cleaning went great, and we really appreciated the care and attention everyone provided. It’s always a great feeling to find a dental office where you feel welcomed and know your child is in good hands. We’re so happy we found this office and look forward to coming back for future visits. Highly recommend!

Okay, first of all- the people at Dentists of Magnolia. Phenomenal. Every single person I interacted with was SO kind. They all seem to truly care about every person who walks through their doors. When I called to make an appointment, the lady I spoke with was so sweet and eager to help. They got me in very quickly, and when I walked in, the ladies at the front desk were so kind and friendly. Also, JASMINE. Thank the Lord for Jasmine. She is amazing at her job 🙌🏼. She was so calming, confident, and efficient. I couldn’t be more grateful that she was the one taking care of me today. I had to go in for a root canal and was panicking because I had previously had a very bad experience with another dentist. She, the dentist, and endodontist all made me feel as comfortable as possible and were so patient with me as I worked through my fears. And everything was much quicker than I anticipated. Tamra was also wonderful and incredibly helpful! I couldn’t recommend this team highly enough!

I hate leaving a bad review because the front-office staff have always been incredibly kind and pleasant. Unfortunately, my clinical experience this week was extremely concerning. I came in with severe pain and swelling in my lower right mouth around my wisdom tooth. I specifically told the dental assistant this and explained that I could barely open my mouth on the right because of the pain. However, the X-ray taken was of the left side. When the dentist came in, there was confusion between the dentist and assistant about which side I had reported, and I had to clarify again that it was the right. Since the correct side had not been X-rayed, my March X-rays were pulled up instead. The dentist then strongly pushed for a root canal on my LEFT side, even though my chief complaint was severe pain on the RIGHT. Meanwhile, the wisdom tooth on the side that was actually hurting was scheduled for extraction on September 12, nearly 3 weeks later. I was in significant pain and had difficulty eating and opening my mouth. I even had to stop the dentist before she left and ask for something for the pain. I was given ibuprofen and chlorhexidine. I was extremely uncomfortable with this plan and sought two additional dental opinions from my dentist friends in Philippines and California. Both dentists felt my symptoms were consistent with pericoronitis involving the wisdom tooth and recommended prompt treatment. The following day, I saw an oral surgeon who took new X-rays, thoroughly examined my mouth, jaw and lymph nodes, confirmed pericoronitis, prescribed antibiotics, and extracted the wisdom tooth the very next day. He did not recommend the root canal that had been pushed as the urgent treatment at the previous office. After the extraction, I felt significantly better. I’m grateful I sought a second opinion, but I’m very concerned about the wrong-side X-ray, the treatment plan, and the decision to prioritize a root canal on the opposite side while delaying treatment of the tooth causing my actual symptoms. I strongly encourage patients to advocate for themselves and seek a second opinion if something doesn’t feel right.

10/10 I had great experience attending this facility and meeting Dr. Luis such a knowledgeable Dr. The office manager so professional and organized. I love this place even though I walk in with a terrible pain of my wisdom teeth I walk out with date of my surgery, treatment and everything. The other lady that came out to explain us how our insurance works. So professional! The vibe 10/10 so clean . The whole team!

My recent visit to Dentists of Magnolia was awesome. The office is very clean, modern and the technology they use is cutting edge. Tamra and Shelby greeted me at the front desk and were very courteous and helpful. The wait was short and the dental assistant Jasmine helped me with the x-rays and was very nice also. Dr. Cabrera read my x-rays and took his time explaining all the details of my treatment plan, then Tamra came in and explained the costs associated with my treatment plan. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I would strongly recommend them if you're looking for a great dental office.

This is my first time coming in for exam and treatment plans. Dr. Nguyen at Dentists of Magnolia is very professional and caring and thorough. She takes time to describe the problem and provides treatment solutions clearly. She also makes sure I understand it completely and always encourages me to ask any questions. I appreciate Dr. Nguyen for the exceptional care and kindness which makes me very comfortable. Best Dr. and best service! I highly recommend this office!

I honestly had such a great experience at this dental clinic. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The receptionists were so kind, the assistants were attentive and caring, and the entire team was incredibly professional throughout the whole process. What I appreciated the most was that I never felt rushed. They really take their time with you, explain everything clearly, answer your questions, and make sure you feel comfortable before doing anything. As a patient, that meant a lot to me because you can truly feel that they care about people and not just about getting patients in and out quickly. Dr. Cabrera was amazing. He made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of from the beginning. He was patient, professional, honest, and very thorough, and I truly felt like I was in good hands the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in the work he does. Another thing that really stood out to me is that the office doesn’t feel money-driven at all, and honestly, that’s rare nowadays. You can genuinely tell that they care more about doing great work and making sure their patients are happy and well taken care of. That level of honesty and professionalism really made a difference for me. I left feeling super satisfied with my experience and so happy I found this place. The entire team was amazing from beginning to end, and I would absolutely recommend this clinic to all of my friends and family. If you’re looking for a dental office where people truly care, are professional, and make you feel comfortable, this is definitely the place to go.
