Serenity Dental of Magnolia

All I have to share is that the staff that dealt with me were on point and very professional and very extensively knowledgeable of I needed for my needs and mouth and smile. They made me feel welcomed and at ease. I am excited for my next visit.

I had been a patient at this office for about two years, and several of my family members and friends were patients here as well. We always had great experiences in the past. The office had a welcoming atmosphere, the front desk staff was friendly, and the previous managers were professional and made every visit pleasant. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was completely different. It was difficult to get anyone to answer the phone, and I wasn't able to book an appointment online. When I finally called, the manager was rude when we simply asked about scheduling. When we arrived, we could hear the manager speaking loudly about inappropriate topics in front of patients, which made the office feel very unprofessional. My appointment itself went well, but checking out was another unpleasant experience. The manager was dismissive and seemed more interested in pushing additional treatment than listening to our concerns. Even after the dentist explained that some treatment could wait, she continued to pressure us and acted as if our financial situation didn't matter. The office also didn't seem as clean or well-kept as it used to, and the overall atmosphere has changed for the worse. Because of this experience, my family, my friends, and I have all switched to a different dentist. It's disappointing because this used to be a dental office we happily recommended to others. I hope the owners take these concerns seriously because the office used to have an amazing team and a much more welcoming environment.

They do a great job. However, the do not read files. You have to repeat the same information everytime and they do not greet customers by preferred names. My child has a preferred name on file and they do not ever use it even though I fill it on each time prior to appointments.

I haven’t been there in over six months finally went in for my cleaning, and I was greeted by the nicest young lady and then the x-ray technician was wonderful my hygienist. I love her to death and even the dentist was very nice. No pain at all this time. In actuality, this is a great staff doesn’t matter what day of the week you come what time they’re always seem to be helpful and courteous great place to be highly recommend

I have alot of anxiety going to the dentist, as im sure alot of us do, but they took great care of me. I didnt wait long in the waiting room and everyone was very patient and understanding with me. I actually enjoyed my visit and really appreciate the level of care I recieved! I am going back to have some work done and already will recommend them to anyone!

They provided helpful tips for maintaining my oral health, which I found very valuable. 😋 Overall, I highly recommend Serenity Dental to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled dental team.
