Dr. Jackie is an excellent dentist. She's quick, efficient, and effective. The staff is excellent as well. From Ngoc at the front desk, my hygienist Minal, and assistant Marlene, they are all very kind, courteous, and patient. I highly recommend Smile Oasis.

I was referred to this office and went in April 2025 after my insurance changed and my previous dentist was no longer covered. A friend had a positive experience, so I decided to give them a try. During my first visit, I was told I needed a deep cleaning, fillings, orthodontic treatment (Invisalign or braces) due to clenching pain, and a full crown. I was told that improving bite alignment could help reduce the pain, so I moved forward with Invisalign. The treatment process had a few complications. The Invisalign process was delayed, and I had issues with a temporary crown that led to gum irritation and a tiny infection. The permanent crown required several adjustments, and my Invisalign tray had to be remade because the crown did not match my original tooth shape, which further delayed treatment. I also experienced several last-minute cancellations, reschedules, and inconsistent communication regarding appointments and availability. While Dr. Jackie was kind personally, I felt there were ongoing issues with consistency, organization, and communication. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to recommend this office.

at first, i was optimistic about this office as the staff seemed very kind and professional. this quickly changed as after i had a root canal, they tried five times to fit a crown and it was not “made correctly”… i understand that they do not make the crowns in house, but after the second failed attempt, maybe try a different approach or send it to another lab 🤔 i also had fillings done on a few teeth (which was another lengthy and unpleasant experience, as apparently the dentist used more numbing agent than was needed, and left my mouth bleeding from the repeated injection), which became gradually more sensitive to hot and cold over the next several weeks, and still has not gone away. after going to a different dentist, i now have to get those fillings taken out and redone. avoid if you can.

I’ve had a really positive experience with this dental office. The team has been patient, understanding, and respectful of my pace throughout my treatment. They made sure I felt comfortable taking things step by step instead of rushing into procedures, which meant a lot to me. I also appreciated how they followed up after appointments to check on me and make sure everything was going well. At one point, they even gave me the option to see a specialist rather than pushing a procedure—and that specialist showed the same level of care and attention. Overall, I felt heard, supported, and genuinely cared for during my visits. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who values patient comfort and trust.

Loved my 1st visit here everyone was so helpful. Dr. Jackie made me feel very comfortable and listened to my concerns. We came up with a plan and she explained everything in detail. Looking forward to my next appointment !!!

This is by far the best DENTAL OFFICE 🦷 I’ve been too! It is located in N Maitland Florida right across the street from the US post office 🏤 and not too far from Lake Maitland 🌊. This location is always clean, there’s always relaxing music, plus great energy. My favorite is the relaxation room. I am always looking forward to going in there. What makes this location top-tier is EVERYONE is treated equal with VIP service and the customer service is exceptional 👌🏾. Dr.Jackie is excellent; she always make sure you understand what she is doing and what is going on. 🙌🏾 Her goal is about changing a person’s life by giving them a smile they are proud of”.
