Shivani Reddy Tumukuntala is the worst. I came to this office in extreme tooth pain hoping to get help. I was told it would cost about $3,000 to have the tooth removed 3 teeth and I only came in for the one I was having pain for, and I felt like I was sent out the door while still in severe pain. I left feeling that the focus was more on the cost than on helping a patient in need. My experience was disappointing, and I did not feel cared for or treated with compassion. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.
This appointment started out poorly from the beginning. The front desk staff made a comment about my schedule due to the number of children. The dental staff didn’t introduce herself and before even giving me a chance to talk to my child through the process, she handed me a pamphlet for another office that would be better suited for my child. Then lied in the mychart about what actually happened.
Made the drive down from North Dallas, and it was absolutely worth it. Dr. T did an amazing job with my cleaning today! She was very understanding of what I needed to get done and helped me in a quick and smooth manner, will definitely be coming back to Dentists of Mansfield soon!
I can't recommend this practice enough! Dr. Laila is kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The entire team made me feel comfortable and valued as their patient from the moment I walked in. Dr. Laila made time for me to get everything done I needed all in one day. 5 stars!
Very grateful for the whole team over at Dentists of Mansfield. Dr. T (Dr. Shivani Tumukuntala) and Bri did an excellent job of redoing some previous work that had faltered as well as establishing a proper dental hygiene protocol. They were incredibly personable, caring and clear throughout the whole process. Not only that, but the administration was very transparent with respect to pricing and they're always helpful in finding a time for procedures. Couldn't recommend this team enough and glad to have found my new dentist!
