Dr Tran and Jamie are the absolute best. Thorough, efficient, kind and honest. They understand dental work is scary, tough to manage and a financial burden. The team supports their patients on all of those fronts. If someone has a fear of the dentist, go here. They use techniques for calming patients during dental work and work to understand a persons specific preferences to feel the most comfortable. I love how they check in with me to see how I’m doing. Individualized care at its best. 💓☺️

I will not be returning to Media Dental Associates. I initially came to the practice last year for a routine cleaning. During that visit, I was advised to replace several older fillings and to have a crown placed on a tooth that was largely filling material. I agreed to move forward with the recommended treatment. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill from there. The temporary crown crumbled within hours of being placed. While it was replaced, that was the first indication that something wasn’t right. Several months after receiving the permanent crown, I developed significant pain in that tooth. When I returned, I was told I needed a root canal, which I had completed in January. At my routine cleaning and exam this July, I explained that the crowned tooth still had not felt right since the procedure. After examining it, I was told there was a gap around the crown and that it should be replaced with an entirely new crown. I was also informed that I had three cavities—despite not having had cavities in years—and that another tooth with a large filling should also receive a crown. At that point, I questioned why a crown that had been placed less than a year earlier already needed replacement. Rather than discussing my concerns, the dentist left the room, and I sat there for about ten minutes without anyone telling me whether my appointment was over or what the next steps were. Eventually, I got up and left. I understand that dental treatment can be complex and that procedures do not always go as planned. However, between the failed temporary crown, the need for a root canal shortly after the crown was placed, the recommendation to replace that same crown within months, and the poor communication at my final visit, I no longer have confidence in this practice. I will have the recommended work evaluated by another dentist and completed elsewhere. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Media Dental Associates.

I can't say enough positive things about this office. I had to have a scaling and root planing to remove tartar from under my gum line. I was sooooo afraid. But Dr. Tran is such a sweetheart. So compassionate and understanding. And my hygienist, Jenny, is so kind, sweet and gentle. My experience was wonderful. So for anyone who is afraid to go to the dentist, go to this office. Request Jenny and Dr. Tran, and you will be so happy and relieved 🩷

I was completely terrified to go to the dentist, but Jenny, my hygienist, made the entire experience amazing from start to finish. She made me feel so comfortable, calm, and cared for the whole time. I had so much anxiety going in, but there was absolutely no pain and everything was explained so kindly and patiently. This ended up being such a great experience, and I’m so grateful for how compassionate and gentle she was. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend them enough!! Jenny was amazing. She was so kind and patient with me and my anxiety around anything dental related. She was hands down the best cleaning experience I’ve ever had and will be back again to see her and the Media Dental team consistently!!!! Dr. Tran was also phenomenal at helping me create a long term plan so we can address issues that were ignored when I was a child.

As a new patient, I had a really great experience from start to finish. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The doctor and hygienist took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns, which made me feel comfortable and heard. My treatment coordinator was also incredibly helpful in explaining my insurance benefits in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, a very positive visit and I’m glad I chose this office!

We have now attempted 6 times over the course of several months to get a $500 deposit returned to us that we were assured would be quick and easy when our insurance changed. Each time (in-person and over the phone) we were told the office manager would call us back and it never happened. This is beyond frustrating and bad business. I would not recommend going here. Business owner: Don't bother responding to this review unless you have our money.

This was my best experience ever at the dentist. Jenny my hygienist was amazing. She educated me on my teeth using the new technology showing me 3d scan and more. Dr. Watson was great as well very pleasant and knowledgeable. The front desk team was great. Mackenzie greeted me and check me in seamlessly and last young lady who provided was with the my treatment plan was great as well. I can’t will until my next visit 👏🏾
