Feeling anxious about going to the dentist Maria did a great job from the very first phone call to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. At my appointment Kim did a fantastic job talking me through the process keeping me informed is very knowledgeable and help me to get through my visit.

My visit at this location was great. The dentist as well as Beth the hygienist were welcoming, informative and thorough which means so much as a person that experiences dental anxiety. The front desk ladies Lisa Marie and Marie were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making the visit a pleasant one.

I recently had to schedule an emergency appointment at Media Family Dentistry for a severe toothache. I had never been there before, and to be honest, I have extreme dental anxiety due to terrible past experiences. The pain had become intolerable, and I knew something was wrong, so I finally decided to seek help. Dr. S took time out of his busy schedule to see me the following week, which I truly appreciated. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and reassuring. I expressed my dental anxiety to Dr. S and his team, and they were extremely understanding and compassionate throughout the entire visit. Dr. S was very knowledgeable and provided me with a clear treatment plan that same day. He was also able to schedule my remaining appointments within the same week, which made the entire process much less stressful. Everyone on his team had excellent bedside manner and took the time to walk me through everything they were doing so I could feel comfortable and at ease. What stood out most was how clearly Dr. S explained the entire process and the treatment I needed in such a simple, easy-to-understand way. Even when delivering difficult news, he had a calm and reassuring approach that kept me from panicking. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel supported instead of overwhelmed. After having bad dental experiences in the past, it can be very difficult to trust another dentist, and even the thought of going to an appointment can feel overwhelming. However, after my experience here, I would highly recommend Media Family Dentistry, especially to anyone with dental anxiety. They are truly professional, knowledgeable, and gentle. Most importantly, they are patient and genuinely caring toward their patients.

I submitted an inquiry about having consistent pain from a decayed wisdom tooth and received an email back from Dr. S in less than a day. Got in the following Monday (today) and he pulled the tooth in about five minutes. Painless and pleasant experience. I had so much anxiety over a previous bad experience with a different office but it completely melted away with him. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this office for anyone who suffers from moderate to severe dental anxiety. Thank you so much!

Doctor Hitesh Sachdeva is absolutely a phenomenal dentist and person! He is the BEST dentist I have ever encountered in almost six decades! Dr. Sachdeva provides the personal touch for his patients in the office, through email, or on the phone. He is extremely passionate about his dental practice and is consistently involved in all its aspects. Unfortunately, my eighteen year old son was genetically missing five permanent teeth in the front - two on the upper and three on the lower. His other front teeth were also oddly shaped and pointy. Thankfully, he has never had a cavity! After many years of orthodontic work, it was now time to have a brand new smile! Dr. Sachdeva recently created both an upper six-tooth bridge and a lower six-tooth bridge. I expected an outstanding result due to Dr. Sachdeva's immense expertise, consistent attention to detail, and thorough approach. However, Dr. Sachdeva EXCEEDED my highest expectations!! He totally changed my son's mouth and delivered a FABULOUS smile!! There are no words to express my overwhelming happiness and heartfelt gratitude. My son now exudes confidence after years of hiding his smile. I feel joy each day just knowing that he has a new positive attitude and better self-esteem!
