My whole family recently switched to this dental office, and even though we all had appointments on different days and at different times, we all had the same positive experience. We’ve been to several dental offices over the years, but this one truly stands out. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a friendly and welcoming front desk staff who make you feel comfortable right away. The office is beautiful, clean, and very modern, with up-to-date equipment and technology. The hygienists and dentists are not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and easy to talk to. They take the time to explain things and answer questions. We are so happy we made the switch and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

For someone who has anxiety especially when it comes to going to the dentist this place was amazing. Calm, everyone was nice, its clean, and they explain every step they are doing. I highly recommend. I will not go anywhere else. Feels good to finally find an office where it isn't about money grabbing its about caring and keeping you comfortable! Also gives spa vibes which is a plus🙂

I had such an amazing experience at Media Hometown Dental. From the moment I walked in the office was welcoming, calm, and clean, putting me at ease. Every person I interacted with was incredibly thoughtful and took the time to explain everything in detail and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout my entire appointment. I felt like they truly cared about each of their patients and payed attention every small detail. And the best part? My teeth have never felt cleaner! I couldn’t recommend this office more, especially to those anyone looking for a dentist who is thorough, compassionate and pays attention to all the small details!

Can I just say WOW! The best dentist appointment I’ve ever had! Super professional and VERY caring. I absolutely have dentist fear and trauma and the fact that they actually cared was big for me. First of all the waiting room is beautiful, but most importantly calming. The lady at the front desk offered me water; like what dentist office offers you water?! It was great, they were super awesome with taking my X-rays and they took them gently unlike other offices where they literally shove the tooth plate into your mouth. When I entered the dental room, they had my name of a big screen; that made me feel super special! At the end of my appt they gave me a WARM TOWEL! It smelled of some essential oil which was really amazing! They really care about you here and they didn’t force any type of treatment I didn’t want to do like MANY other offices do! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

The front desk team made check-in quick and easy, and they were very helpful with scheduling and explaining everything clearly. The dental team was outstanding. The dentist took the time to explain the procedure, answer my questions, and make sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. Their attention to detail and genuine care for patients really stood out. You can tell the entire staff takes pride in what they do. The office was clean, modern, and the ambiance was very calming sort of like a spa(I call it a dental spa) this was very important for me because it didn’t feel like a dental office. Everything ran right on schedule, which I appreciated. It’s rare to find a place where the customer service, quality of care and aesthetics are both this strong. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional dental team or a Dental Spa. Media Hometown Dental is definitely a five-star experience.
