The best dental team in Miami. I cannot thank this team enough. I have severe dental anxiety, and I was absolutely terrified walking into my appointments. From the very beginning, every single person treated me with kindness, patience, and compassion. They never made me feel judged for being anxious. Instead, they took the time to reassure me, answer my questions, and help me feel as comfortable as possible. I had a wisdom tooth and a molar extracted, and the entire procedure was a breeze. My healing has been excellent, and at my follow-up appointment today, they told me everything is healing perfectly. That was such a relief to hear. I was even nervous about getting my stitches removed! But they were so accommodating. A special thank you to Dr. Vega and Dr. Vidal. They are incredibly professional, compassionate, and skilled. They earned my trust through the exceptional care they provided. They truly understood my fears and met me with patience every step of the way. I highly recommend Miami Dental Sedation Spa. I presented to the office on Wednesday for an emergency consultation for a serious emergency tooth abscess. They fit me in the same day and Dr. Vidal did a full, lengthy consultation. I have truly never experienced such a thorough consultation. Dr. Vidal located a second infected tooth right beside the abscessed one and was very clear showing me all the scans/xrays. He also looked for any other issues, cavities and did not limit his assessment. He answered all of my many questions and helped me schedule the necessary emergency infected teeth extractions (upper molars) for the very next day (today) with Dr. Vega, the Dental Surgeon. I was very nervous because I could not do full sedation as I had no one to pick me up and stay with me since this was all "last minute". Well, Dr. Vega and the Dental Tech were extraordinary. Yes I did cry BEFORE MY PROCEDURE lol because I was scared but I was given the laughing gas before getting numbed by Dr. Vega. I literally felt nothing but tugging and tbh when he said it was all over I was in shock since I felt nothing. I never felt the needle prick for the numbing like I had during other dental procedures and having an active infection really caused me to experience extra anxiety. We are blessed in Miami to have such a great, caring, highly skilled dental practice. The price for the consultation and the extraction were very reasonable (my dental insurance is very limited and has a yearly cap) considering the stellar "White Glove" treatment. There is some limited parking under the office but they will help you with parking if you ask (they helped me with what to do as I was driving to the extraction appointment myself). And, no I am not related to anyone at the practice. I located them via Google search when my dentist referred me out this week and that referral was to a provider that did not specialize in pain management during the procedure.

I had an emergency with my daughter with special needs and they not only squeezed us in to see her but we're very kind and understanding. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly. Both doctors were amazing. I was very nervous about the sedation but everyone was so patient and answered all the questions I had. I Highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Exceptional Experience — Worth Traveling From Out of State My mother lives in New Jersey and desperately needed extensive dental work, but she had avoided seeing a dentist for many years due to severe anxiety after a very traumatic prior experience. By the time we sought care, she literally had only one upper tooth remaining, and her dental health had significantly declined. I carefully researched top dental providers in Miami and ultimately narrowed my search to Miami Dental Sedation Spa and one other practice. From the moment we met Dr. Sanchez, the decision became effortless. His superb bedside manner, patience, and thoroughness immediately put my mother at ease. For the first time in years, she felt safe, comfortable, and truly cared for — she didn’t want to see anyone else. My mother underwent a root canal along with full restoration of her upper teeth, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Every member of the team contributed to an outstanding experience. Special thanks to Dr. Grider (surgeon), Erika (assistant), Fernando (lab technician), Glenda, and Leslie (office manager) for their professionalism, kindness, and for treating us like family throughout this journey. Miami Dental Sedation Spa exceeded every expectation. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice — even if it requires traveling from out of state.
