I usually do not like writing reviews, but their outstanding care completely compelled me to share my experience. Dr. Cabrera is an excellent, highly skilled dentist, and her entire staff is exceptionally professional, warm, and welcoming. Located right in the heart of Downtown Miami, the office provides top-tier service from the moment you walk through the door. I’ve been going to their office for quite some time. It’s a very clean space. My appointments are always efficient and generally I feel like they do a very good job when it comes to your regular teeth cleaning. As someone that cares a lot about their dental hygiene, I make a good practice to take care of my teeth. Across the multiple dentists, I’ve seen over the last couple years between my moves, I have not had reported cavities. However, after coming to relax and smile, their first very adamant that I must get an x-ray every six months (literally no other office has ever requested this) And they gave me a very hard time when I refused this service. There were spots on my teeth were I had old fillings where they said that it could be a cavity. As they told me, my fillings needed to be redone So I agreed to that service. For the first time ever after getting my feelings done at relaxing and smile. I have had continuous sensitivity in my molars where they did the drillings.

Today was my first visit with Relax and Smile Dental Care. I had a great experience. Everyone was personable and welcoming. The facility was nice as well. The dental hygienist was really nice. She made sure to explain the process and reason behind why they used certain methods. She also made sure to check in with me throughout the visit to make sure I was comfortable. The dentist was great as well. I felt like she gave me her honest opinion and it didn’t seem like she’s was trying to pull my leg in an effort to bill me for frivolous things. All in all I enjoyed my experience and can’t wait to go back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Experience! Today I had the pleasure of having my dental cleaning done by Jesus and my exam with Dr. Santos, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everyone was professional, welcoming, and attentive. Jesus did an excellent job with my cleaning, and Dr. Santos was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to address all of my concerns. The treatment coordinator was incredibly helpful, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood my treatment options and insurance benefits. I had a great experience at Relax & Smile with the help of my hygienist, Jesus, who took great care of me. He took his time explaining everything I needed to know about the procedures, pricing, and the time needed for my treatment and recovery from the cleaning. I recently had an amazing experience at Relax and Smile Dental Care! The moment I walked in, Antonella at the front desk greeted me right away and made everything super easy and welcoming. The whole check-in/check-out process smooth and very sophisticated. Kaylee was my dental hygienist and took great care of me the entire time. She constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and okay, and honestly made the visit way less nerve-racking than a dentist appointment usually is. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I felt at peace and relaxed. My teeth and gums are feeling thankful! Dr. Santos worked on my fillings and was incredible. She was able to get everything done the same day, which I really appreciated, and somehow I didn’t feel anything during the procedure. The whole process was quick, smooth, and comfortable. As i am usually anxious at the dentist, Dr. Santos made sure i was fully calm and she ensured great care which was delivered. The entire team made me feel taken care of from start to finish.
