Have been working with Dr Elahi's office for a few years now. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Team does a good job of coordinating with other local specialists.

I highly recommend this dental office! Dr. Elahi is skilled, caring, and really listens. Alexa at the front desk is super helpful—she's always patient, explains everything clearly, and worked with my insurance to save me money. Lisa, my hygienist for years, is the most gentle and thorough I've ever had. The office is spotless and welcoming. I've never had a single issue here. Best dentist, best team!

I’ve had a mixed experience with this dental office. I initially scheduled an appointment for May 12, and when I later called to reschedule, I was unexpectedly told I would need to “reestablish” myself as a patient — despite having been seen multiple times in 2024 for my Invisalign appointments. This requirement felt confusing and unnecessary. Throughout my treatment, my dental cleaning appointments have been consistently canceled by the office, not by me. It feels unfair to now be treated as a “new patient” when I have been receiving ongoing care. When I began Invisalign, I was quoted for a six-month treatment plan, but when it came time to make the payment, both the duration and cost significantly increased without prior explanation. Despite adhering fully to the treatment plan, I still have noticeable gaps in my teeth — which were initially created to fix my overbite. When I raised this concern, I was advised to purchase an additional set of aligners at further cost. While I’m happy to invest in my dental health, clearer communication about treatment expectations and costs from the start would have been appreciated. Additionally, I was disappointed with the tone of a recent phone conversation, where I felt rushed and was not given an opportunity to ask clarifying questions. Jen (very rude and passive aggressive) kept speaking over me even after I requested a moment to speak. Professional and respectful communication is essential, especially in healthcare settings. While I have consistently met all my payment obligations, there have been instances where I was charged additional fees despite appointment changes or cancellations initiated by the office, as documented in past communications. Overall, while I appreciate aspects of the care provided, I would have preferred more transparency, consistency, and professionalism. I am happy to complete my Invisalign treatment here, which I have already paid in full, but I am also considering other dental providers who prioritize open communication and patient-centered care.
