Dynobite Smiles

My son loved coming here and he has been a patient since 2022 but this summer, he got hand, foot and mouth the week he was supposed to have his appointment so we had to reschedule. I called during business hours and was sent to voicemail. I left a message explaining the situation, cancelling our appointment (2 days in advance) and asked someone to call me back so we could reschedule our appointment. I never heard back. I emailed. Called again during business hours. Emailed again. To this day, I still have not heard back from them. Apparently they don't want our business so we'll be taking it elsewhere and I urge others to as well!

At first I really liked bringing my boys here, the hygienists are great, but good luck getting anyone to call you back if any treatment is needed. Dr Henderson said my son needed crowns and needed an OR with sedation. They told me my insurance would not cover it and they’d refer me elsewhere. I said I would pay out of pocket because the Dr told me he’d lose his tooth if it wasn’t done within a few months. Well, no one ever got back to me with any estimate. I called 3+ times and no one could give me any answers. It was always “let me speak to so and so and get back to you.” I even sent emails stating I was upset/asking for an estimate..and it was crickets. The customer service here is absolutely unacceptable and we won’t be coming back. Highly recommend taking your time and money elsewhere to people who actually care and want to help. **My 2 year old also didn’t need crowns, we were able to do fillings and his teeth look great, he no longer has any issues! Get a second or third opinion and always follow your gut! I’m extremely happy we went to another office with empathetic staff who truly care for their patients. Our kids deserve better and I hope I can push others to not waste your time at Dynobites.

My kids love this office and always look forward to going to their dental appointment. Dr. Henderson is amazing with my kids and so are the assistants and hygienist. The front office staff are always nice too.

We absolutely love everything about dynobite smiles! Office staff is always very friendly and welcoming, the hygienists and dr are all amazing and always super kind and gentle and always respectful of my girls if they don’t want something done. (My oldest doesn’t like the water pick-so they just wipe it off instead) cant recommend them enough!!

Wow! So great. We just got home from our first appointment (my daughter is 7) and everything was perfect. The office was really nice, the exam rooms were spacious with comfy chairs for parents and a TV on the ceiling for kids to watch, and the staff and dentist were so kind and professional. My daughter was a little nervous, but they explained everything in detail and we're just so gentle. We had to change dentists recently, and I was bummed because I really loved our dentist. However, this practice is amazing. My daughter is already looking forward to her next visit.
