I wanna share my experience with Catherine. She was amazing and walked me through every step of the process and also with the head dentist. He was so amazing. Everyone in office has an amazing spirit and drive to have really have amazing customer service. I love it there and it is in my new Main dentist office.

The entire staff was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They started by saying, "welcome to the Grand Dental family. " Throughout the process, they explained what they were doing and what I could do better to keep my teeth healthy. Thanks Grand Dental!

I recently visited Grand Dental in Naperville for a comprehensive exam, and I am extremely impressed with the quality of care. I am currently preparing to enroll in a technical diving course that will take my diving well beyond recreational limits, and I wanted to ensure my dental health was in top shape to avoid any potential issues that could arise under significant pressure at depth. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was professional and welcoming. The dental hygienist was thorough and efficient in taking my X-rays, and Dr. Hare provided a detailed examination afterward. He took the time to carefully review the X-rays with me, identifying a few areas of concern and explaining everything clearly. We worked together to establish a proactive treatment plan and a clear schedule for follow-up visits. I truly appreciate how informative and attentive the whole team was; it gave me great peace of mind knowing my dental health is squared away as I prepare for this next level of training. I highly recommend Grand Dental to anyone seeking professional, high-quality care.

I walked into my appointment knowing my teeth were about to tell on me. It had been way too long since my last cleaning, so I was expecting a lecture and possibly an archaeological dig. Instead, Krista worked some kind of dental magic. She was incredibly gentle, super efficient, and made what should’ve been a disaster feel like a routine cleaning. I honestly don’t know how she did it, but she deserves a raise… or at least unlimited coffee. The ladies at the front desk were awesome too—friendly, welcoming, and didn’t even seem concerned that I was returning from my extended “I’ll schedule it next month” vacation. Overall, an amazing experience. My teeth are cleaner than ever, and I’ll definitely be back… hopefully before Krista has to excavate fossils next time.

She made me feel comfortable and confident during the final part of my visit. You can truly tell she genuinely cares about her patients and is dedicated to providing high-quality care. Kathy was also amazing—so positive, gentle, and detail-oriented. She explained every single step she was taking, which made me feel very at ease and well-informed. Her calm and friendly attitude made the whole experience much more pleasant. I really appreciated how thorough and careful she was. The front desk team deserves special recognition as well. The girls are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, this office stands out for its professionalism, kindness, and excellent patient care. I’m very grateful for such a positive experience!
