After 13 years, I'm not going back. They now rush you through and want you out as soon as possible. Last time I didn't even get a goody bag with a new toothbrush. They are constantly trying to sell you things. But my beef is that after a 15 minute cleaning, my teeth don't feel that clean. I don't trust them anymore when they tell me I have a cavity. Seems very corporate. I've been thinking about leaving for a long time, but this week decided me.
I had a great experience with Dr. Wang and dental assistant Carmen! They were both professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Wang explained everything clearly and provided excellent care, while Carmen was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The entire team was welcoming, and I truly appreciated their compassion and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!
This office is the best office I’ve been to. I had fillings done yesterday and my dental hygienist Carmen was a sweet heart and calmed down my nerves down so much, from rubbing my head when getting Novacaine, to constantly making sure I was okay doing the procedure. Best office and workers!
Carmen was very nice and treated my grandmother so great. She tool care of her and made sure she felt comfortable. It’s a very organized and quick office. 10/10
As someone who struggles with anxiety around going to the dentist, finding a practice where I feel genuinely calm and cared for has meant everything to me. I’ve been a patient here for decades, and that’s no accident. The dentists, hygienists, and office staff consistently meet me with kindness, patience, and compassion. They take the fear out of dental visits and create an environment where I feel safe, respected, and at ease. I’m deeply grateful for the care they’ve provided over the years and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
I just wanted to share my honest opinion about Long Wharf Dental. I had the pleasure of walking into a space of kindness one early morning. I noticed an older woman in a wheelchair trying to figure out if she was in the correct location. She was speaking to a woman whose name I later found out was Jess. Jess decided to come around the counter to help the woman figure out where she needed to be and how to get there. I appreciate that she was willing and able to help. I was next to check in, and Jess was just as kind and attentive with me. I also ran into Jess at checkout because she is a woman of many hats. She was running the front desk and checkout, answering phone calls. She needs a raise!! I think her boss should be proud. Also, get her some help, please. My dental appointment was with Josephine. Josephine was easy to speak with, and I could tell that she enjoyed her job. To be honest, she calmed me down a lot because she was very knowledgeable. She was sure to break everything down before we started it, and as we went along, she continued to check on me and make sure I was okay. I definitely appreciated that. Josephine has made a lifelong patient, that means a lot coming from me because I do not like going to the dentist. If you are searching for dental care, look no further; give Long Wharf a try. God bless you ladies; you have truly given me one of the best experiences at the dentist.💙💙
Long Wharf Dental Group is great with amazing staff! Everyone is very kind and welcoming, and they do a great job in ensuring my comfort during my routine procedures. I really appreciate how clear and transparent my doc and hygienist are when discussing next steps in my dental care. I don’t think I’ve had a better experience anywhere else.
