Perfect Smile Dental of New Kensington

Been going here a few years now and love the staff and they really care about making sure your comfortable and not fear, only reason for 4 stars is they lack hygenist so we have to reschedule often, but alway polite about it and try to make the next appointment fast

My experience with Perfect Smile Dental was easy and pleasant from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful with my insurance questions. The dentist was kind, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I'm so glad I chose Perfect Smile Dental and look forward to being a patient for many years to come! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It took them 3 weeks just to send basic paperwork. After that, they gave me the runaround between two separate offices. Every time I called to try to schedule the appointment for my daughter, I was transferred or told something different. When I finally reached the manager, she was very rude and unhelpful, then sent me to yet another office. This has been nothing but delays, confusion, and poor communication for a time-sensitive issue involving a child’s dental pain and health. Zero accountability or urgency. I would not recommend this practice to anyone, especially not for pediatric or urgent care. I had already had implants an teeth made informed me it would be very expensive but I already paid an u wanna make me pay again horrible horrible no medical professional should ever be able to talk to a patient like that.

You might as well die then come here. I have been waiting three months to get My teeth even checked out. About every time I have made an appointment and I’m ready to go. My boyfriend calls off work. And the moment we get ready, I get a text saying the dentist is sick or we need to cancel. And guess what? You have to wait a whole another month to even get looked at. I tell the lady I’m having issues with my teeth. I possibly have infections and she just tells me well just “you can always go to another dentist” The insurance I have is super hard to even get a dentist to say yes to. So no, I can’t really just go to Another dentist. I hope my Review is the highest one because this is the most realist one you will receive I can’t tell you how it is inside or how they are really and how good the work is but the way they act really shows how bad of a Business they are. uncaring But I bet you their teeth are perfectly fine And with the paycheck they get sitting in a damn chair canceling everyone’s appointment must really make them have a perfect smile
